Very well located new hotel. Within walking distance to some tourist attractions. Clean room. The room was a bit small. Lack of space for hanging clothes. The current provision of clothes hangers over the toilet bowl is NOT ACCEPTABLE AND Unhygienic. The biggest disappointment was the bed which was ROCK HARD 😭. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE 🥵 This is because the bed is only the base without a mattress on top. ????? Customer service was very good. Special thanks to Mr Han and Ms Zeng for providing great assistance to us.

I checked in with my daughter and sister from the 20th to the 24th December 2024 and we had a wonderful experience! The hotel is very new, and the 2 rooms are impressively spacious, providing great comfort throughout our stay. The location, though not accessible by large vehicles, is well-served by convenient smaller vehicles called ”xiao bai,” which made getting around a breeze. This thoughtful arrangement added to the charm of the place. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. As someone from Singapore, I was thrilled to find my hometown breakfast featured alongside Quanzhou cuisine. The fusion of flavors was delightful, and we looked forward to it every morning. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Zhuang Zhuang for going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. The hotel with a view of the twin towers on the rooftop is the biggest highlight! The room is quite large, the bathroom and shower are very spacious, and it is very comfortable to wash. The bedroom layout is a bit strange. The bed is not facing the TV, but placed on the side near the door, but it is perfectly facing the air-conditioning outlet. It feels awkward to watch TV crookedly. It seems that this is a specially arranged room! The hotel is in a good location, next to Kaiyuan Temple, within walking distance, and West Street is outside. There are many delicious foods nearby, mainly ginger duck. The food at Duck Sanjia is recommended.

It is my first time to stay at Atour in Quanzhou. The overall feeling is good. The lobby is very grand and the book bar is very spacious. Various books can be borrowed. When I checked in, I was reminded that the restaurant and laundry room are on the 6th floor. I can have porridge at night. Free food. The service is very heart-warming. The room is quite big and square, with floor-to-ceiling windows. The hygiene is also very clean. The smell of the shampoo is very unique. Maybe it is Atour flavor. I met the staff on the floor several times. Very polite, very close to West Street and various attractions, very convenient. If given the opportunity, I will choose this hotel again.
