Celebrating my 40th birthday at Crystals Beach Resort in Belle Mare was an experience that words can hardly capture. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly special – all thanks to the incredibly warm and professional staff. We were first welcomed by San from the luggage service, who helped us check in with a smile and efficiency, setting a positive tone for our entire stay. At the reception, Ilov and Ataalevee greeted us with kindness and openness. Ataalevee, in particular, took the time to give us a full tour of the resort and thoroughly explained the all-inclusive package. Thanks to her, everything was clear and organized from the start. Our room, located just steps from the beautiful beach, became a true haven of peace. Thanks to Amrita, who cleaned our room daily with great care and warmth, it always looked spotless and fresh – just like on the day we arrived. The service in the restaurants was equally impressive. Raj and Anvish, the waiters who looked after us every day with kindness and professionalism, truly deserve recognition. Jhamelia, who greeted us each morning at breakfast, always did so with a big smile and positive energy that brightened our days. A special mention goes to Ajmal, Ram, and Jay – the restaurant and floor managers – for their elegance, impeccable manners, and exceptional guest care. Their leadership was reflected in the smooth operation and friendly atmosphere throughout the resort. The beach and gardens were beautifully maintained every day – always clean, peaceful, and picturesque. The only downside was that some guests reserved sunbeds early in the morning and didn’t use them for hours, which made it difficult for others to find a spot. The food was absolutely delicious – varied, fresh, and beautifully presented. The dedication of the entire team, especially the restaurant managers and waiters, was evident in every detail. They deserve huge applause for their hard work and professionalism. While there are many beautiful places in the world, what truly sets Crystals Beach Resort apart is the people. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated, kind, and genuinely passionate about their work. They are the soul of this resort and make it feel like more than just a hotel – they make it a place you want to return to. From the bottom of my heart, I thank every member of the team for allowing me to celebrate my 40th birthday in such a warm, caring, and unforgettable atmosphere. This stay will always remain in my heart, and I truly hope to return one day. The owners should be proud to have such outstanding, devoted staff – they are the true treasure of this resort.

Service was excellent, especially Meghna who helped us with lots of things and was so lovely. Rajesh was also very helpful, giving us a room with 2 beds last minute. We even bought some beautiful jewelry and had a great chat with a lovely lady in the jewelry shop, named Sooleka. great food, comfortable beds, and excellent sega night on the Friday night. we recommend getting ‘all inclusive’ board, as we did not and it caused a lot of confusion with staff in the bar and restaurant during our stay. but this place is gorgeous, the beach is part of the resort, so make everything so easy.

I was not properly informed about anything upon check in. Was just handed my keys and shown my room nothing else. Needed to start asking questions on day 3 when i noticed stuff.. Simple towel card i was given, i didnt know i was entitled to one till 2 days before my trip ended. Wasnt to chuck it off as language miss communication but then again i wonder..

Amazing Experience at Crystal Beach Resort! I planned both a birthday celebration and a surprise marriage proposal at Crystal Beach Resort, and the staff especially Miss Isabella, Miss Damini and Mr Sam, were incredibly helpful in making both events a success. The decoration was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. Big thanks to the team for their support and attention to detail—it truly made the experience unforgettable!

We stayed for only a night - we arrived at the standard check-in time - we got our room with our requested baby cot and close to the main area (restaurants and pool). Our Premium room with garden view was quite a spacious one, cosy and quiet even though it was close to the pool and the playground. Room amenities were adequate and the reception was just a call away. We ordered room service around 11pm and in less than 20 minutes we received our order. Quite rare ! We found the hotel staff helpful enough. On the day of our departure, our requested late check-out was granted till 1PM as we had our 3- months infant with us - made it a little more convenient. Professional, yet courteous staff we would love to mention their names: Front Office ILLOU, SAM, VISHNESH Bar Both the NILESH Housekeeping NISHAL My apologies if the names are not correctly spelled. We wouldn't mind staying there again and recommending to our friends and family. Lastly, we would love to see improvements in terms of service and hotel amenities.
