We booked this hotel for a one-night stopover and it was perfect. They arranged a pick-up from the airport and had a clean and spacious room for us ready when we arrived. The hotel offers a good breakfast buffet and there is a very nice pool and rooftop bar. The location is perfect, the city is not too big so everything is relativly close by. You can walk from the hotel to the beach in a few minutes. The only remark I have is about the communication with the hotel. Messages via Instagram gave me the answers I needed. My e-mails where unanswered.

Just this city lacks proper tourist destinations.... City needs more quality restaurants and cafes... Beaches are wonderful but popular beach like ky co they charge entrance fee, than parking fee, bed renting,.. It's supposed to be public beach but some company they leased and owned it... Now all visitors need to pay.... Never heard anything like this in Thailand... Bali....

The view from our room was spectacular! The breakfast buffet was good but many items were not kept warm enough. Unfortunately we woke up every morning at 5:30 AM to very loud music coming from a group of people exercising at the beach! It would have been perfect if they didn't broadcast to the entire area! It's not the Hotel's fault. The pool was nice but the ground could be kept cleaner from the litter. Overall a pleasant experience :)

This hotel stays true to its standard. We booked a standard room but it was so spacious, clean, smelled really nice. The surrounding areas on this property were precious which kept us going for more. Motorcycle rental is available and it was so cheap compared to other places in Hanoi, plus the tank was half full when it was brought to me. The receptionist lady and the bellman were polite and accommodating. The pool was amazing as it looks over the beach. Must give praises to Hung and Binh - the two gentlemen pool attendants who were so caring and kind and very hospitable. If I ever go back to Quy Nhon city, I will definitely go back to stay here. The only thing that needs improving is the breakfast buffet which was quite abundant and the customer service person was just standing around. As a customer service representative of a 4 star hotel myself, I find this a weak point of this accommodation. However, the rest just makes up for it so we’re fine.

This is my second time visit this hotel. This time I booked 02 rooms for my dad and his friends, because I booked 2 different room type so there are 02 separate bookings. There was a mistake that I forgot to change name for 2nd booking to under my Dad’s name. I emailed to hotel through OTA app and also called to hotel to ask for help. And I got a confirmation from staff that will help us to change booking name to avoid misunderstanding upon check in on arrival date (She didn’t mention about extra fee). Today, when my dad came to check in and front desk asked him for 500.000vnd and said to us that they do not receive any information from me (I have a evidence with me that hotel received my request). It’s not much but I’m not willing to pay at that time and asking for her to help my dad check in first then I will work on with reservation team. She was keeping say NO. She only does check in if we pay money for her, if not my dad has to waiting. It is very unprofessional and it’s not 5-star standard service that a 5- star hotel should have. This will be the last time we stay at FLC Resort Quy Nhon Tôi có đặt 2 phòng 2 bookings cho ba tôi tại FLC Luxury Hotel Quy Nhơn. Do có một chút sơ suất lúc đặt phòng, tôi chưa chuyển tên booking từ Hang Pham sang Pham Van Lieu. Tuy nhiên, n*** sau khi phát hiện ra, tôi đã email và cũng nhận được phản hồi của khách sạn . Để trao đổi chi tiết, tôi cũng đã gọi điện gặp bộ phận đặt phòng để trao đổi về vấn để đổi tên booking này. Bộ phận đặt phòng cũng xác nhận đã thấy booking và cũng đã thấy tin nhắn yêu cầu trên booking của tôi. Và nói đã nắm thông tin hỗ trợ chuyển tên ( Không hề mention gì đến việc mất phụ thu cho phí đổi tên). Hôm nay khi ba tôi đến check in, nhân viên lễ tân yêu cầu thanh toán 500.000vnd phí đổi và nói không nhận được bất cứ thông tin gì từ tôi về request đổi tên. Tôi có nhờ các bạn hỗ trợ làm thủ tục trước và sẽ trao đổi lại với bộ phận đặt phòng sau. Tuy nhiên, với sự kém nhanh nhẹn và cứng nhắc của bạn lễ tân. Nhất quyết phải thu tiền phí đổi tên mới hỗ trợ check in. Tôi biết quy định là quy định, các bạn phải làm theo nhưng việc không linh động với khách hàng là quá kém. Tôi không nghĩ 1 khách sạn 5 sao mà có thể gây sự khó chịu cho khách hàng đến vậy. Tôi viết email này mong muốn bộ phận đặt phòng và khách sạn kiểm tra lại thông tin đặt phòng. Tôi cũng không nhớ rõ bạn đã nói chuyện điện thoaii và xác nhận với tôi là ai. Tôi nghĩ 500.000vnd nó không phải số tiền lớn mà tôi k thể chi trả, nhưng tôi mong khách sạn hãy xem lại cách làm việc linh động hơn và đưa thông tin đầy đủ tới khách hàng để mang lại trải nghiệm tốt cho khách hàng.

The room was beautiful and spacious and I loved the up lighting of the ceiling. Staff were helpful. The pool is huge and the view was wonderful. We only stayed for one night - really only 12 hours, but we can walk alot in resort - and ordered room service for dinner which was delicious. They also have a small tea shop. They also have a small tea shop. Amazing place to get some tasty ice tea and relax.

NNhi Ngọc YếnThis's a sweet homestay. It takes 5mins to walk from the sea. This's the first time i travelled in Vietnam. The host's really friendly. We rent the motorbike and they introduced for me anywhere we wanna to go. The room 's cute, clean, comfortable, sophisticated. The homestay has a nice rooftop. At night, we drunk Quy Nhon beer with the hostess and her husband. That's nice vibe. They make me feel that i come back my home. I make sure that i'll come back here and drunk again with them ^^

Quy Nhon is such a cool bustling city, with a beautiful beach. The staff were helpful, the breakfast was good. The gym and pool were super nice, too.

There are 4 or 5 shops on the nearby beach where you can choose your own seafood and sell it by weight from around 6 pm, so it might be a good idea to stop by while taking a walk on the beach. It takes about 20 minutes by taxi to reach the city of Quy Nhon, so it may be an inconvenient hotel to move around.

GGuest UserThis could be a great hotel, but isn’t yet. The building is new and interesting, the rooftop area is good. But there are some problems. The ants in the toilet, not a big thing, but staff should have noticed. The room not being cleaned/made-up one day, that just happens sometimes. But: 1) A hotel with these pretensions needs a bar. 2) The breakfast buffet was by far the worst of the 5 we saw in Vietnam, very little fresh fruit or fruit juice, options running out and not being replaced. Unappetising hot dishes. I love eating good Vietnamese food at breakfast, this wasn’t it. 3) The staff all seem a bit lost and uncertain. Yes this is a new hotel… but get some staff with experience who know how a hotel runs! No big mistakes, just general cluelessness and vagueness, except from one excellent female receptionist. All this could be sorted if key members of the team went and stayed a few days in a good hotel, so they knew what they were aspiring to.

LlynnstrawMy friend and I stayed here for 2 nights in August. The hotel sits on a cliff side about 45 minutes from the airport and about 15 min from downtown. The hotel room was large with a great view, the menu was more than adequate and the staff were beyond friendly and helpful. Our room was large with plenty of cabinet space and a comfy bed. The bathroom was huge with nice counter space. The sink did not drain quickly but, we told them at checkout, I am sure they will fix it. We would wake up to some lizard/gecko pop on the chair but, glad the little guys were there and well fed because there were no bugs. Our room water and wine glasses were not washed/replaced, they were just put back in their spot and there were a few scuff marks on the walls but, over all the room was fine. The pool was large and had a dreamy view. It had a lovely ”shelf” to lie/sit on so you would be partially in the water and there were lots of chairs to use. The water was a bit foggy and a few tiles were missing from the floor of the pool. But, over all it was fine. The beach was secluded and clean, the water was clean and the waves were perfect for jumping. To reach the beach one has to walk/take a golf cart to one end of the property and go down about 13 flights of stairs. There are chairs, but no umbrella or restroom. The food was good and there was a large verity of food. The breakfast was Vietnamese, which we like. They do have an egg station if you want an egg. The staff were soo friendly and soo helpful. They were there to answer all of our questions and get us taxies.

Minh Nguyen, the sales manager assisted with me everything I wanted. The rooms are fantastic, the view is amazing and the hospitality is absolutely phenomenal. I really felt like home here and can't wait to stay here the next time I come again. Thank you very much team. Had a wonderful stay here ♥️
