Good hotel, overlooking beach sea.... Rooms are comfy spa staffs are very friendly polite.... Front desk need to more professional and to provide proper informations... Rest hotels is great... Just this city lacks proper tourist destinations.... City needs more quality restaurants and cafes... Beaches are wonderful but popular beach like ky co they charge entrance fee, than parking fee, bed renting,.. It's supposed to be public beach but some company they leased and owned it... Now all visitors need to pay.... Never heard anything like this in Thailand... Bali....

The room is very modern, spacy and well equipped. Similar to the photo when booking too. Just a short walk to the square and the beach where you can have some snacks on the sand.
Staffs are really nice and helpful.
I feel safe, comfortable and well taken care of when I'm at Grand Hyams.
Thank you, very reccommend, will come back next time.

was a beautiful place to stay with excellent service, this included us being given a free upgrade to an incredible suite with a brilliant city and sea view. we also thourarly enjoy the hotel restaurant, each having a wonderful spaghetti bolognaise, then sharing the floating island desert which we both loved. then in the morning the buffet style breakfast was great with a wide variety of both vietnamese and western options (including hash browns ) would highly recommend

Absolutely loved my stay here. The quality of the room and cleanliness was well worth the price. We were on the 38th floor so the view of the sea and the beach was spectacular.
Didn't try the buffet but from all reports it was scrumptious.
Happy to recommend this jewel of a hotel.

The price is cheap, the room is super big, and there is a sea view. It’s just that you have to pay to get water in Vietnam, but it’s an unbeatable experience to have such a room at this price. The transportation is also convenient, and the beach is across the road.

New hotel, clean, location near the beach, delicious breakfast, nice room view. The staff are very enthusiastic and cheerful, the welcome drink is delicious. The room lacks an iron and the stairs are a bit shaky. Improving these two issues would be great.

The room is large and the balcony has a good view of the seaside. The breakfast is good, not many varieties, and the scenery is good. It costs 9 RMB just to buy a non-woven laundry bag for clothes, which is so expensive.
