The hotel is in a great location, inside the old town, with a nice environment. The service is also very nice and considerate. They also provide airport pick-up and drop-off services. I am very satisfied with it and will definitely stay there again next time I go to Ecuador.

The room was decent, but the facilities were too low. Especially the quality of the bed and bedding are old and uncomfortable, which is very important for travelers. A wonderful experience! Such a spacious, beautiful suite for my sister and I to share.
The friendly staff went above and beyond.
Daily housekeeping and lots of extra touches.
Helpful with planning tours and suggesting activities and restaurants.
Safe property and neighborhood.
Delicious breakfasts brought to the room daily at time of your choosing!
Fresh fruit and breakfast ingredients stocked in your room’s refrigerator daily. I won’t hesitate to recommend and stay here again if I find myself in Quito!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Everyone who we had contact with were beyond lovely. The atmosphere and style of the hotel was warm and beautiful. Loved it. Highly recommend. The tour guide and driver they use is also exceptional. Xavier was indispensable.

Excelente
We managed to stay in 3 of the suites they had to offer - every single one of them were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff was so kind and helpful, bringing us fresh pastries every morning. The fridge was always stocked with eggs and bfast supplies. A constantly replenished supply of fresh fruit on the table. The beds were comfortable, the showers clean with good water pressure. The location is right on the edge of old town, walking distance to several sights and restaurants. It is also right down the street from the pick up/drop off point for the bus to the Amazon.
Hands down, this is where we will always stay if we ever return to Quito.

very convenient location, the staff are super friendly and helpful. the room was very spacious and comfortable with separate kitchen, dining and sitting area. the complimentary fruits and bread and food in the fridge are great. I really enjoyed my stay there. Highly recommended.
