Ibis Quito ★★★
"This hotel is quite clean and good location in Quito which makes your trip very enjoyable."
Go Quito Hotel ★★★★★
"Honestly, this was the worst accommodation I've ever had on a business trip. This hotel, supposedly the best in Quito, charged me extra after breakfast, even though I had ordered breakfast upon check-in. I reluctantly paid. I booked two rooms, one paid online and the other at the hotel for $340. All room fees were settled. However, upon check-out, they charged me over $800 and sent me a separate bill. I asked them to explain the $575 charge on the bill, and after a week of explanations, they still couldn't explain it clearly. They finally told me it was a fine for smoking in the hotel. Seriously! They didn't tell us smoking wasn't allowed upon check-in, and the staff only reminded us not to smoke in the room after we were caught. They didn't mention the fine at check-out either, but after a week of questioning, this smoking fine suddenly appeared. Is the hotel so short of money? If they are, they should just say so, don't be so greedy. Everyone, avoid this place; I've never had such a terrible experience. I don't care about getting my money back, I just want to vent my anger! They should close down as soon as possible! Garbage!"
Hotel + Arte ★★★
"The Egyptian environment begs to differ."
Wyndham Garden Quito ★★★★
"The hotel I stayed at on my first day in Quito was also the worst experience I had. I booked a double room, but because I didn’t add my wife’s name, I was charged an extra surcharge of US$32. The key point is that the double room is for two people. The price was the same when a single person booked on trip.com, so I didn't pay attention. After negotiation, I still had to add $32. The receptionist at the front desk was very tough and said that I didn't have to pay if I didn't want to stay. There was no room for discussion at all. In addition, the location of the hotel is very bad. I heard the noise outside all night and couldn't sleep well. There were many beggars nearby. I felt very unsafe at night. Friends who want to book this hotel must think twice."
Le Parc Hotel, Beyond Stars ★★★★
"Pretty good, nice location."
Hotel Finlandia ★★★
"would stay twice, was got the room a bit noisy but help me chnage a quite room immediately"
Mama Cuchara by Art Hotels ★★★★
"A very comfortable, arty hotel with excellent, friendly staff. The room was more compact than our previous hotels but a spacious shower was lovely. Breakfast was served rather than buffet so allow more time for this. Restaurant food was good but not particularly exciting (we ate in the restaurant one evening). They provided a wide range of free, Ecuadorian snacks in the room. The hotel was close enough to the Historic Centre that we felt comfortable walking between the two although I did have my backpack slashed in the centre of town (but didn't lose anything). The hotel itself is a wonderfully converted old mansion. A very pleasant place to stay."
NH Collection Quito Royal ★★★★★
"I was there for the first time, doing a seminar for leaders in Buenas Nuevas Chrsitian Church, the experience at the hotel was great, specially the staff, front desk waiters in the restaurant. Everyone there was really attentive and helpful, the location is great too. Pastor Rey Leal Bell Gardens Christian Church"
Hotel Reina Isabel ★★★
"The location is convenient, with restaurants and groceries nearby. The building is clean and the lobby is spacious. The room has a large bathtub, which is nice."

"The staff were very pleasant n helpful especially the Front Office n in the Restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. We also had dinner there and had top quality food. You can’t ask for a better location. Our room was outstanding, spacious with a lovely balcony. Thank you to all the staff had made our stay a memorable one."
Sheraton Quito Hotel
"It was very good, but the interesting thing is that the hotel overcharged me 100 dollars, and they didn't answer the phone when I contacted them. Later, Ctrip paid me 100 dollars. This is incredible."
Hostería Colibri Aeropuerto
"Very good will stay here in future for quito stay excellent"
Quinta San Felipe
"Check-in was a little odd here, and it took a while to get sorted. The hot water wasn't working right in the hotel room; my husband was able to communicate this in his limited Spanish to the employee and this was resolved. We chose to stay in Tababela because we had an early flight in the morning. There was a soccer game across the street making quite a bit of noise, but we were able to drown that out with our noise machine. And then, a bunch of kids showed up in a party bus to have a pool party in the evening. Afterwards, they proceeded to run around the hotel grounds slamming doors. We had to change rooms in the middle of the night to move to a different building that was separate from this large group that was staying here. There is a gate that needs to be manually opened so we needed to wake the guy up in the morning to let us out."
Hotel Rincon de Puembo, BW Signature Collection
"Close to the airport and pet-friendly hotel! The hotel is located in a safe area, about a 15-20 minute drive from Quito airport. The grounds are very large and fenced. The hotel itself is designed in a colonial style. There are several lounge areas, both indoors and outdoors. There's a pool, sauna, Turkish hammam, and billiards. The room was very clean. I was happy that we could stay with our dog without an extra charge! Breakfast was also included in the room rate. For breakfast, there were fresh fruits, yogurts, smoothies, and a standard selection. The staff speaks English and are friendly and helpful with any questions. The atmosphere is very calm and safe."

Hostal Tayupanda
"Perfect for a night"
Edificio Tofino
"It is tidy, and security is thorough as you have to use a triple key card. Since it is near La Carolina Park, the surrounding area is safe, and it seemed like a recently built building; the entire place, including the restrooms, was clean, making it a really pleasant stay. Simple cooking utensils are also provided, so you can buy ingredients from outside and cook your own meals."
Viajero Quito Hostel
"I just spent 3 nights at the Viajero Quito, and it’s probably the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Great location, great shower, comfortable private room. The hostel has its own restaurant and bar/common area, and tons of outdoor space as well. What stands out though, is the effort from the staff. All friendly and helpful, and they host free activities daily. Two options in the evening that change every day, and a free walking tour (mostly about free samples) every day. Thanks to Adrian in the restaurant, Grace for the educational candy tasting and fruit tasting sessions, and Jonathan for the fun salsa lesson."
