"It is tidy, and security is thorough as you have to use a triple key card. Simple cooking utensils are also provided, so you can buy ingredients from outside and cook your own meals."

The service and care I received from Old town suites Quito is the best that I ever received for all the hotels I have stayed. My flight arrived at Quito in the early morning around 6:40am, I got to the hotel around 7:40am, hotel front desk employee Francisco took my luggages, provided me power cord to charge my phone, and even gave me a delicious breakfast. I felt I have been welcomed into my new home in Quito.
The hotel provided milk, yogurt, bread, juice, cheese, eggs, ham, vegetables and fruits for making breakfast yourself or you can tell them ahead of time and they can prepare breakfast for you. I have had amazing experience in this hotel.
The hotel location is great and you can walk to old town attractions. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quito.

The staff were very pleasant n helpful especially the Front Office n in the Restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. We also had dinner there and had top quality food. You can’t ask for a better location. Our room was outstanding, spacious with a lovely balcony. Thank you to all the staff had made our stay a memorable one.

The reason I booked this hotel was because of the superb reviews. I can confirm the accuracy of those reviews. This is a fabulous place to stay. The staff are great. The facilities are exceptional. The restaurant is wonderful and has such a variety of delicious food. The health pool has crystal clear water. My room was much larger than what I'm used to over the last five weeks of traveling. It is easy to get the concierge to book excursions. There are airline check-in machines in the foyer. This is easily the best hotel I have stayed in over the past five weeks and comes with my highest recommendation.

Отель не виноват что городские власти не могут обеспечить безопасность в центре столицы. Сам отель невероятный, очень красивый, очень уютный, невероятно стильно и любовно оформлен. Завтрак на веранде с прекрасным видом, сам завтрак небольшой но вкусный, хлеб очень мягкий и свежий.
Что вам нужно знать: двери отеля всегда закрыты, если вы приезжаете ночью нужно предупредить чтобы в отеле вас ждали, так как этот район города не очень благополучный. Мой заезд был в 3 ночи, мне пришлось попросить таксиста стоять рядом со мной пока я звонил в дверь и пока мне не открыли, если бы я остался один мне было бы тревожно. В номере есть большое окно и балкон но его так же приходится держать закрытым из-за безопасности. Я хорошо понимаю что сотрудники отеля очень стараются чтобы внутри вы чувствовали себя в безопасности и комфортн но не могут повлиять на ситуацию за пределами отеля

walterlxThe hotel is located in the Marshal District, surrounded by many restaurants and bars to choose from. The hotel facilities are very old. The size of the double room is relatively small and there is not enough space for luggage. The hotel breakfast is very simple, only bread and coffee. The hygiene of the room is not good. Living here is also far from the main scenic spots, which is not very convenient.

뷰가 진짜 끝내줍니다! 2.5달러 조식 꼭 신청해서 먹으시길 바랍니다!! 샴푸도 줍니다! 아침에 물장수 아저씨가 돌아다니시는지 조금 시끄러울 수도 있습니다. 시내에서 숙소까지 173계단 걸어올라와야해서 조금 힘들 수도 있는데, 만족스러운 숙소였습니다 :)

My child and I arrived at the hotel almost 8 o'clock in the evening. The hotel staff was very patient. Due to the language barrier, the staff took the initiative to take out the mobile phone translation. When we left the next day, we called a taxi. The service was in place and the hotel was very clean and safe.

The facilities at this hotel are somewhat outdated, and the decor feels a bit old-fashioned. It would be great to see some modernization in these areas. That said, the view from the upper floors is fantastic and definitely a highlight of the stay. Additionally, the breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety and tasty options. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but upgrading the facilities and decor would significantly improve the stay.
