Centrally located and very charming place. Breakfasts were delicious and dietery restrictions accommodated. Beautiful rooftop terrace to enjoy the view and company. Owners were extremely gracious with their time and energy ensuring all in our group were enjoying ourselves. Would love to come back here.

Clean, Authentic, perfect location. We felt like we were living in an old Spanish mansion. Incredible breakfast. The highlight of the stay was our evenings on the rooftop patio enjoying a Glad of wine and spectacular potatoe soup. Awesome ownership and staff!

This hotel breathes of history and luxury for an affordable price. The rooms were fantastic and the restaurant and service was top notch. The roof top patio with an amazing view of the cathedral was the way to cap off the night with a sip of wine. A must hotel

The hotel was right next to the old town with an easy walk to most of the sites. We enjoyed the roof top patio at night with views of the city and gothic church. There was a firetable to keep you warm and add some ambience. Being a restored building added some nostalgia and class. Great stay all around with very helpful staff, clean rooms, and tasty breakfasts.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Casona during our trip to Ecuador, staying 3 times as we moved back and forth from Quito. The rooms were very comfortable and very quiet, despite the hotel fronting onto a main road. The hotel is in a beautifully restored old building and location was good being very close to the centro historico. Breakfasts were delicious and Diego and the team always helpful and very pleasant to deal with.

Wonderful historic hotel with world class staff. Beautiful setting and tasty local food for breakfast. Rooms were very comfortable and super clean. Safe and on the edge of the historic centre. Close to useful travel agencies as well. Recommend.

Great hotel, perfect location and excellent service. Right from the initial booking stage, upto the end of our stay, we had a wonderful experience. Diego and Mariel were helpful beyond expectations and helped us with all our requests and then some more.Lovely, clean rooms in a well maintained hotel. Good breakfast served in a beautiful dayroom.Really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to all. Thank you Mariel and Diego for all your help.

Diego & Mariel made us feel so at from the first moment we stepped into the hotel. My friends & I stayed here for 2 nights while in Quito & we all agree it was one of the highlights of the trip. Breakfast is served in a beautiful wood paneled room that over looks the outside patio. Each room is very quiet & some comfortable. They go above & beyond to help with anything you need. I actually ended up staying one more night on the back end of my trip & was a bit sick with a super late flight the next day. Not only did they allow me to stay but Mariel made special tea to help with sickness & I was able to stay in bed & rest all day. The kindness & most genuine people. Felt safe & cared for.
