首先酒店位置很好找，就在路邊，停車也比較方便。其次酒店房間很乾凈，也很整潔，原本還想着一百多就湊合下，完全超出預期。老闆很熱情，我們是來開會的，老闆全程幫我們把行李送到房間，設施齊全，有問題反應老闆馬上就解決了，下次來開會還選這家。

雲上四季酒店（曲靖麒麟花園店）客房寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，安寧舒適。前台及樓層員工禮貌周全，待人誠懇，服務到位。酒店距離火車站不遠，出行方便快捷，是個比較理想的旅居之處。

前台服務非常好，但是酒店環境太差了，説是如家旗下的，但是就像賓館一樣。房間佈局非常奇怪，開門是個小空間，然後衞生間在中間，床在最裡麪。整個房間就有一個床頭的插孔可以用。衞生間洗手枱也極其小，設施非常老舊，連放沐浴露漱口杯的地方都沒有。周圍環境也很吵，旁邊路上車經過的聲音可以聽的一清二楚。
