It was already 11 o'clock in the evening. My husband said he couldn't stand it anymore and was a little sleepy, so he decided to find a place to stay. This hotel won't suit everyone.
It served us well for one night. The bed was comfortable and warm, and the manager was very nice and accommodating.
Not all rooms have air conditioning, and most have squat toilets, which might not suit everyone.
There is an elevator.
People tend to go out at night when it's cooler, so expect outside noise until after midnight. It didn't bother us, but it might bother others.

MM414391****Beautiful place, very quite, clean, soundproof is great though you might as well open the windows and enjoy the sounds of nature. We also tried BBQ for dinner, liked it as well. It was our overnight stop on the way from Lijiang back home. We wanted to stay more :) The stuff and the owner of the hotel were really friendly. The hotel is built on the former runway of the old airport. Very spacious. Nice area to walk around. I liked how the hotel was designed. I also saw a wheelchair at the lobby to accommodate people in need. Very thoughtful. Definitely recommend this place and consider it for future road trips to Yunnan and back.
