The hotel is within walking distance to Water Pavilion Gate, the main historical quarter of Quzhou, an to the southern gate of the ancient city. There is a shopping mall in the same building and lots of small restaurants and eateries nearby. The room was well-equipped and quiet. The staff were friendly and even provided some welcoming fruits. The breakfast has a good variety and of decent quality.

房間整潔，步行到水亭門歷史街區大概1點幾公里（沿河走就行），水亭門的落日隨手一拍都很美（圖8和圖9）。房間有到店點心（圖3和圖4），晚上9-11點在10樓有暖心夜宵（麪條，粉，水餃和一些下飯小菜，圖5是2份水餃）。早餐挺豐盛（圖6和圖7）是其中的一小部分。
