Extremely disappointed to find fireplace in room wasn’t even in working order / connected up which was a main reason for booking this overpriced hotel. We were told someone would fix it which of course didn’t happen and wasn’t acknowledged our whole stay. The heater remote was also broken so only had one temp flat out fan. So couldn’t have that on either. The room pictures are absolutely not that you actually get. Incredible false advertising to say the least. All in all look elsewhere. So many other great places in the area where they care for their guests.

I understand their check-out policy, but the communication process with the hotel is painful. There is often no one at the front desk, and emails are not answered for a long time.

There were rats and cockroaches in the room, the toilet was broken, there was no waiter at the front desk, and it took more than half an hour to make breakfast. The air conditioner in the room was still broken. It's not even as good as a 5,000 RMB express hotel. Don't stay at this hotel, it's garbage. The good reviews are all lies. It cost 15,000 RMB for three nights. I called Ctrip the next day to complain and asked for a refund for two nights. Ctrip asked me to check out first and then negotiate a solution, but it has not been resolved until now.

This place is GREAT!! Easily walkable to the Square and all the shops and restaurants. Absolutely charming seating areas inside and out. Room was roomy and comfortable. Included breakfast is over the top; made to order omelettes and the sweetest berries.

Great place. Close to the square so can easily walk to restaurants and shopping. Staff very helpful and friendly. I would stay again on my next trip to Jackson WY.
