Service: Catherine at the front desk was both extremely nice but also efficient in providing customer service. She is a great asset to your team! She was friendly and cheerful, which made me feel at home after a long travel journey. The second night of my stay, I asked to be moved rooms due to a noisy neighbor but the front-desk agent refused saying that I had to have asked during the morning. I didn't hear any neighbors the days afterwards but would've had a rough stay had the noisy neighbor continued. Room: I stayed in a Studio, 1 King, Sofa bed room, which was clean, looked new (no smudges on surfaces or threadbare carpets) and well-appointed. The bed was firm with a plush duvet. The bathroom fixtures were solid. The first night, I could hear my neighbor was snoring loudly, which indicates thin soundproofing. I didn't hear any neighbors the days afterwards. Location: The hotel is away from Downtown and off the freeway so not close to much. The pros are the hotel is pretty quiet (no sirens / loud cars) but a further drive to restaurants, events, etc. Value: I reserved my room for $235.75/night over four nights. While the service was great and room was new, it felt a bit on the pricy side to pay $235+ not for an extended-stay hotel.

5 minute drive from campus and there's a gas station across the street for drinks etc. The gym is surprisingly well equipped. No complaints at all! I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area. The only downside is that there isn't a good restaurant within walking distance but it's all very accessible via car.
