I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was really nice, the front desk was really nice and sociable. My only thing is cleanliness. Normally I’d check a hotel bed before lying in it but I hadn’t this time. Before I left to checkout, I was looking around to make sure I had all of my belongs and I noticed that there was vomit smeared on the side of the bedding and a little bit on the wall and nightstand. It looked as if someone had started to clean it but had forgotten to get back to it. I meant to mention it to the front desk but I was in a bit of a rush to leave. Overall though, I did love my stay. It’s a very nice affordable hotel, I can tell it had been renovated.

Hotel was clean and somewhat remodeled. Room still had some areas that you could tell had not been updated... They basically did just enough to make it look good... It did remain noisy in the parking lot most of the night with people hollering and loud music playing.. bed was clean and comfortable.. Overall, for the price paid, it was a good choice of places to stay.

They hotel was very clean and staff was very nice. I don’t recommend booking through Trip.com. I booked and prepaid several days before arriving and the room that I had booked was unavailable. The hotel said they reached out to trip.com to let them know that I wouldn’t have a room and to contact me. Instead I got confirmation emails stating my room was available for check in. The hotel was very nice and helped me get an available room with not additional cost but trip.com refused to do any kind of refund for they different room.

I enjoyed the pool and the A/C was very good in the room. I had a balcony that overlooked the road and shopping center. Balcony king room looks exactly as advertised. The room was quiet and the sheets and towels were clean. Appreciated the refrigerator and microwave in the room. The ceiling had an uneven plastering done, but it did not affect my stay. The balcony has a simple two chair and table set, nice to have a drink on during a warm night. However, there is not a great view as this hotel is right off the road toward the city. Breakfast ends at 9 am, I wish they would change it to 10. I did not bother to wake for breakfast the next morning so I don’t really know what they had except yogurt, coffee, and a pancake making machine. Overall was a great stay and the staff is kind.

RRae FrykbergWe arrived around 2:30 ish pm and needed to get to our room, order LYFT and go to a meeting scheduled for 5:00 pm. The desk person said check in time is 4:00 but would ck to see if a room had been cleaned and ready for occupancy. He verified one was ready and allowed us to go to that room. We were appreciative of the cleaning staff and the desk person.
All the hotel employees were friendly and courteous. The desk personnel even helped me with getting a Lyft app set up on my phone. The breakfast buffet was really good and extensive. There was always a line to cook waffles which caused a back up and slow moving line. Maybe have more waffle irons available. I wanted to order food from a nearby Panera Bread but the desk personnel called and/or looked up on line to find it had closed. She suggested if I placed an order thru the Panera Bread app, the person who drives the shuttle could take me to a different Panera Bread a little further away to pick up the food. I accepted her offer, bought the driver a snack and gave her a tip. I was able to have a wonderful mid afternoon meal.
The beds were very comfortable. I like the bathroom door with ”cloudy” glass which allows light in for use of the bathroom overnight. I like the use of attached to the wall containers of bath soap, etc. which definitely cuts down on use of smaller containers partially used and thrown away.
One important thing we suggest is the street sign for Arrow Street be much larger. Not being locals, the area was unfamiliar with us, there is heavy traffic and the Arrow Street sign is very hard to see.
Otherwise, we were very happy staying in this hotel.
AAlstonThe staff was friendly and they made my staycation with my significant other very relaxing. House keeping was great at disturbing us during our stay. The location was great which made his surprise rose delivery from door dash perfect. Since was also in celebration of my birthday. The breakfast bar was great as well. Thank you again. We will definitely be staying here again
GGuest UserEverything was great. Service at the front desk was efficient and friendly. Our bathroom light flickered a bit but it was not a big deal. Bed was clean and comfy. Had some loud guests in the middle of the night, but again, it happens. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was delicious and the ladies handling the food line were friendly and very sweet to us. Thank you.
JjenwhiteMy husband and I had a great stay. So we stayed a 2nd night. Very safe close to a wal mart and places to eat. The beds are very comfortable and thebroom was very clean. We will definitely stay again. Thank you for a safe and quite stay.
DDawn Mosely-NixonCan't say the hotel was too bad. However I can say the location is somewhat sketchy. Directly outside of the hotel their is alot of activity going on which is needless to say very questionable. Possible drug deals, ************ and drug doing. There is a gas station/convenience store right there on the premises which too draws a large crowd. However the rooms were ok. I just didn't like that I felt my car would be unsafe in there parking area due to the amount of questionable traffic. So sad to say I never took my luggage out the car in fear someone standing by would notice a bag or two and come back later to check it out. I did choose to leave but not because of the lodging. I think if you can get past the outdoor activity it may make for a nice rest spot.
AAnonymous UserThe lady at the front desk was immediately hateful and had a terrible attitude the moment that I walked in the door….ahe acted as if I had been a huge burden in her day! Then she proceeded to look at me and say no
SShelby HankinsOur room was VERY clean upon entry and the front desk staff was pleasant. It is a red roof so as far as I know that brand does not offer breakfast normally but they do have coffee in the mornings at this location. I also liked that I was able to open our window to let in some fresh air. A lot of hotels you aren't able to open the windows at all since they are permanently installed.
GGuest UserIt was a very nice clean room! Front desk clerks were very nice greeters and efficient at getting you in! I did have a problem with the smell of smoke and whatever on my pillow which when asked they kindly took care of it. Great for someone to get away close to sheets! Good on your pockets as well!
GGuest UserHotel is clean enough for the price paid. Easy check in. Area seemed to get a bit rougher at night than it seemed like it would... Overall a decent place to stay if you're looking for a no frills room to stay the night. Elevator is not working so be prepared to climb stairs to the 2nd or 3rd floors unless you're lucky enough to secure a 1st floor room.
