OUR TRIP EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. 'tHERE ARE ONLY 2 COMPLAINTS:
1. Because my husband is an amputee, we asked for a handicap equipped room. However, the toilet was not handicap status and was very difficult for him to use.
2. When we were preparing to leave, we were unable to procur a luggage cart and had to haul all our luggage to the car.
Otherwise, we were very pleased and will be making reservations for the Christmas holidays.

They hotel was very clean and staff was very nice. I don’t recommend booking through Trip.com. I booked and prepaid several days before arriving and the room that I had booked was unavailable. The hotel said they reached out to trip.com to let them know that I wouldn’t have a room and to contact me. Instead I got confirmation emails stating my room was available for check in. The hotel was very nice and helped me get an available room with not additional cost but trip.com refused to do any kind of refund for they different room.

Housekeeping at this hotel does a fantastic job considering the condition of the common areas which need upgrading. Front desk personnel efficient and nice. Lots of construction workers but quiet.

Staff were all great and the room was clean, beds very comfortable. The only issue was the heating system was a bit noisier than usual & turned off & on frequently. Other than that a lovely stay & breakfast.
