I loved the hotel and the service was perfect.
Negative point:
The main restaurant was not open on Friday.
I was unable to eat at the pool bar due to the opening hours on Friday and Saturday.

I have written in the past about the Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv. It's an excellent hotel for either business or pleasure. The beach is across the street, the rooms, pool and gym are excellent, the food is great, the lounge is excellent and most of all, the people who work in the hotel are incredible and always trying to help with anything needed! For me, Henri at the front desk should get the service award of the year. He is always welcoming and tries very hard to make every stay an excellent visit, as do many of the others including the great team in the lounge. Many thanks and we look forward to seeing you every time we come to the hotel (several times a year)!

I would give this hotel 7 stars if they had the option but just simply wow . Let me start by saying that team is genuine , caring And everyone is so helpful . We arrived after a long flight from NYC and was immediately assisted by Jonathan who gave us one of the best room with a view of the beach which was just simply out of the world. The hotel is centrally located to anything and everything, pool is on the 2nd floor with views that can rival any other pretty cities in the world with a bar that will make you super happy . Housekeeping Service was prompt and room was in an excellent condition. Bus stand is right opposite to the hotel that can connect you with the train station taking you directly to the airport or any other major city . English is widely spoken and every sign is marked in Hebrew, Arabic , English. Food was fresh & good at the hotel, Tel Aviv has huge offerings if you’re vegetarian or a meat eater. Carmel market is a must go place for Local delight if you’re a foodie or like to mingle with local culture , I have never felt more safe being a tourist in a country I have only seen in television, thank you Sheraton and people of Israel for a such a magnificent hospitality experience, we will be back #tohdah ❤️❤️ #vaca2025

My husband and I stay at the Sheraton Tel Aviv twice a year to take in the sea and sun. The hotel's beach location, city views and the hotel itself, are beautiful and relaxing. We are Elite Platinum, so we always get entrance to the club. The service and the special attention to details are amazing. Kudos to Malka and Janice, as they always spoil us. The rooms have been updated and very clean. We highly recommend the Sheraton Tel Aviv for your next stay.

The Sheraton Grand is my favorite place to stay in TLV. It is a beautiful hotel, great location and has fabulous service. Each morning the breakfast is superb while looking out over the water. Each evening I stop into the Concierge Lounge. The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. Janice, Elana, Anastassiya, Marlyn and Adan have provided wonderful friendly service. I travel to a lot of Marriott properties, they are the best!

Our two night stay at the Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv was fantastic. The room was large with a nice sitting corner and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean and nothing was missing. The Club Lounge is very nice with a great view of the sea and the city. Food at the Club is delicious and the variety is big. Special thanks to Mazal from the Club and Henri from the Front Desk. Thanks to all staff we interacted with (room attendants. waiters, FO agents and others) were very helpful and always with a big smile.

The service in the club level was good but particularly by Anne- Marie who was the best I have ever experienced. Apart from her warm friendly smile every morning, she would prepare and bring us our preferred coffees and juices every morning without us even asking! She basically could not do enough for us and made us feel valued and welcome every day! Alexander’s cooking was amazing - I’m already missing his delicious shakshuka! In fact the food overall in the club - whether breakfast, snacks or supper was absolutely fantastic! The room cleaning staff from Vietnam were of a very high standard and a pleasure to deal with! I am very grateful that we had the exceptional and highly professional management assistance from Amir (who solved our initial challenges) without which we would not have stayed at the Sheraton!

We have visited this hotel many times, and it keeps getting better. This time they had a new chef who prepared gourmet cuisine that deserves 3 Michelin stars - and it's kosher! Their Friday night buffet is endless, with mouthwatering appetizers, a giant salad bar, beef, chicken, fish, vegan options, and desserts right out of a Parisian patisserie. The outdoor pool is crystal clean, warm, and surrounded by a giant deck overlooking the Tel Aviv beach. The beach is a one minute walk from the hotel entrance. The staff was professional, friendly, and eager to do anything to make our stay more comfortable. And Henri is the dream hotel manager who could star in a hospitality reality-TV show, if he weren't already running the best hotel in Tel Aviv. I have stayed in hotels all over the world, and so far this wins the prize.
