Perkasa Hotel Mt Kinabalu
"Best view ever! If you choose to stay at the chalet, you have to take the hanging bridge to your chalet. Quite challenging if you travel with luggage. And also a lot of stair. Not suitable if travel with elderly. Definitely will comeback !!!"
Kundasang Mount Garden
"Great place very relaxing nice view very quite at least this is the definition of getting out of hustle and bustle of the city's then when going back their give free vegetables love the worker over there very friendly 😀"
Sabah Tea Garden
"Sabah tea plantation is high up in the mountains, and whilst interesting to visit is probably not worth going out of your way for. We had a good guide who explained the tea manufacture process however the factory was not operating the day we toured. The walk through the plantation was quite muddy and slippery due to rain. There is a shop on sight which is very reasonably priced so a good opportunity for souvenir gifts. Restaurant has an extensive menu, all cooked fresh so can be a bit of a wait though tasty and reasonably priced."

Happy Garden Resort - Hostel
"We just wanted to try doing it in a capsule.. but this is the first time we've done it in a capsule.. the place is a bit scary.. but we'll try doing it in a tent later.. everything else is ok.."
Kinabalu Poring Vacation Lodge
"The hosts were incredibly kind. They offered to order food for me or drive me to a restaurant. They even drove me to the bus stop in Ranau on my departure day. There's a kitchen where you can prepare your own meals and there's always hot water. However, it was a bit untidy and some of the dishes were dirty – but you can always wash them yourself 😉 The room was clean and equipped with ceiling fans. You can also comfortably sit outside on the large (covered) terrace in the evenings, enjoying the view of the garden. Kinabalu Park entrance is a 20-minute walk away."
Ceaser's Place
"Kinda rundown. Photos in the app are not as same as actual. I booking 1 queen bed and 3 single bed, but they said no more as requested. So hope Trips.com will update their app accordingly. Towel pls use white colour and not use dark colour. Sliding door and window also need improvement. The single 🛏️ also poor condition."
Kinabalu Rose Cabin
"View memuaskan...tetapi tandas kurang memuaskan, tidak ada pili paip n hose untuk kegunaan kencing n berak, terpaksa angkat air dari luar n tempat mandi dluar n flush tandas rosak n pintu tandas xbolah tutup rapat...lain all ok"
Sling & Stone Mountain Suites
"Nice experience stay in this hotel. The room is just a normal room but it’s clean and tidy. Quiet place too."
Kundasang Guesthouse
"Great place, not too far up Mesilau, very near to Bataras Supermarket. Clean place, helpful staffs. View of Mount Kinabalu is crystal clear. Parking is ample. BBQ is allowed. We stayed at the second floor, two queen size room. The only thing is upon checking out, the road coming out to town, traffic is quite heavy, other than that, all if well. "
Happy Village Kundasang
"Superb view. Helpful and friendly staff. Recommended."
Kupi-Kupi & Stay
"Spacious, clean and comfortable room... Beautiful view of Mount Kinabalu..."
