Crystal Hill R
"This place needs maintenance... clean toilets, curtains and walls in the rooms are a bit dull, the rooms smell a bit... But the view is beautiful... I hope there will be improvements in the future... The position of this hotel is not far from kundasang town. Happy to find..."
Happy Garden Resort - Hostel
"Drift, didn't maintain well"
Sabah Tea Garden
"Great cottages in fabulous location with fantastic views. All mod cons in rooms including A/C and a ceiling fan. Good breakfast. Cute photo opportunities in the big cup and next to big teapot. The souvenir shop was very good. The best we've come across on our travels in Borneo. It had a good selection of books about Borneo. The only issue I had was that if one of each book was "unwrapped" (no cellophane wrapping) so one could see inside it, I would have bought more books I think. But when one can't see the type of book or style of writing or if it includes photos, it is difficult to decide on the purchase. Just one unwrapped of each book would probably promote more sales."
Ceaser's Place

Celyn Resort Kinabalu
"Poor customer service , road towards hotel was terrible , Room was really dusty upon check in , we had to check in after 7pm so nothing much could be done. Woke up at 6am to a great view of Mount Kinabalu but then had no water to shower from 7am - 9am , Had water after that which came in dirt color, I was given keys to another room , just to shower. I immediately asked for check out , no refund given, nor was I asked why I am check out 1 days before. Overall , I score the stay 4/10 , those who appreciate view , can stay , those who expects clean hotel rooms with view, sorry this place is not for you"
