Munirah_lahThe place is such a dream! So beautiful & very relaxing, away from the bustling city. Just that the resort itself is a distance away from the restaurant. Definitely need your own transportation. But the staff are so helpful especially Mr Lee. He takes care of us very well. He helps to send us to & fro to the restaurant during our breakfast session. He even helps to decorate our room to suprise my husband for his birthday celebration.

Super lucky that we got a free upgrade from 2 rooms to a house by the host. The house was very clean, spacious, has all the things you need (living room with Astro TV channels and sofa, well-equipped kitchen with dining table, gas stove, fridge, oven, toaster and baby chair, 2 toilets and both has toilet and shower with water heater). Breakfast provided was super good. View from room very nice. The only downside was the way there, quite a remote area, road is full of potholes. Highly recommended to stay if you’re travelling if a family or a group of 6.

Worth to stay here as we can see Mount Kinabalu from the resort, however the road were a bit scary. Would suggest to request upper room as I stayed in lower room, i can hear the person above me walking and running 🥲

Anonymous UserIt was a beautiful stay. The view in the morning was amazing and there’s even a viewpoint for you to watch the sunrise over Mount Kinabalu. The only thing is that since it’s in nature, you need to drive out to get food. There’s a cafe in the premises but it was closed for renovations unfortunately. Also, there are a few stray dogs that don’t bother us, but we need to keep our shoes indoors or else these playful babies would take them and run. Otherwise, everything is great.

Anonymous UserThe location is great, right by the road and easy to find. There are many farmers selling durians along the way. Breakfast offers a good selection of both Chinese and Western options. There's a small town nearby with restaurants, so you don't need to drive. For being in the middle of nowhere, this hotel is quite good. It's also not far from Maragang Hill.

DIZZ AHMADExtremely satisfied! The room was spacious with plenty of beds. I requested a room with a balcony and a view of Mount Kinabalu, and luckily they were able to accommodate me (as one was available). You can relax at the cafe and enjoy the Mount Kinabalu view in the early morning. I would definitely repeat my stay next time.

Firstly, the telephone number to the outlet is + 6 012 869 6969 as shown on a signage at the entrance to the outlet; the number advertised on this platform is not helpful when I called two days ago to ask about my booking.
Secondly, the road from the entrance down to the parking bays is steep requiring experience and skillful drivers especially when their vehicles are loaded with passengers or baggage.
Thirdly, the wash basin faucet in the bathroom of my room is loose, the shower head hose is inflexible, and the water pressure is below average.

We had a wonderful stay here. The villa was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The view of Mount Kinabalu was absolutely breathtaking, especially in the morning.
The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Everything was well prepared, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!
