Ideally located well built and maintained. Room service available at all times. The staff is polite and very cordial. Food is very good. Starters, main course indian food is good. Breakfast items are ok.

Excellent experience staying at hotel raindew. Rooms were neat and clean having all the amenities. Food quality was also superb. Check in was very smooth but check out was a time taking procedure.

It was an amazing experience. The staff are very helpful. The reception and the room service staff are too good. We arrived at 4am as our train was 5 hrs late and we got steaming hot food. When we were leaving, we had asked for our dinner to be packed. it was not ready so we left. To our absolute surprise, it was delivered to my train coach.

Awesome experience. Everything was perfect. Very polite staff and very fast service. Neat and clean rooms. Awesome food. Not a single point of regrets. Persons who took special care were Mr. Satish Mishra And Mr. Wasim Akhtar. Both are gems in the managerial team need special mention in my review.

Budget hotel with very basic amenities and without a kitchen or functional restaurant. Rooms are of average size without furniture. No geysers, no running hot water, no WiFi or intercom. TV not working and toilets are dirty and dangerous for women, children and elderly people. No complimentary water or toiletries. Food has to be purchased personally from other hotels or eateries nearby. Not suitable for average families with kids and tourists.

Room is fantastic with good furniture. Good staff. Bathroom need to be cleaned and bath fitting need to be replaced. Food quality is good and restaurant is excellent. Location is excellent with shops near the hotel. If the bathrooms are renovated, the hotel will be on the top of the lot
