It’s an awesome hotel, very close to railway station, thought they did not arrange pickup from railway station inspite of complementary arrangement. Rooms are spacious and staff is courteous. The bar and restaurant is good. Breakfast is above average

The specialty of this hotel made us feel deeply connected to the culture. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and their warm demeanor left a lasting impression on us. I have had excellent experiences with everyone in the hotel but the few I remember are Mantosh, Mukesh, Biswajeet, Laxmi & Ankit . And extra marks for all the girls and boys in the Paparika Restaurant.

It’s my third time there and I always had a very warm and welcome service. Last time I also got an Up-grade and was very very happy after travelling around in Bihar and Jharkand.

Close to ranchi station. Good property, quite well maintained. The reception and lobbies are well decorated. Rooms are good with basic amenities however i found the executive room with work desk little costly (considering space and facilities available in room) and it is probably due to christmas and festive season. Service is quite good and staffs are courteous and polite. The inhouse restaurant is very good. Food quality is very good but expensive. The property should review the same. Lift facility, common gym are available. Recommended for family stay as well as people coming for job/work related travel.

I have stayed here multiple times & have recommended it to all friends. The location is very central, everything is close by, food is outstanding & services excellent.

Location was good as it is a walkable distance from the railway station. Overall the hotel reception etc looks clean. The room was fine as well with big clean bathroom with hot water etc. But there were small cockroaches. Also one of the pillows did not have a pillow cover and it was dirty.

Room is fantastic with good furniture. Good staff. Bathroom need to be cleaned and bath fitting need to be replaced. Food quality is good and restaurant is excellent. Location is excellent with shops near the hotel. If the bathrooms are renovated, the hotel will be on the top of the lot
