"I definitely give this one full marks, the equipment is very good, and the photos are superb 🤣 Although my partner is a bad teammate, it is very suitable for slow living, because my husband likes running, we also went to climb the extinct volcano over there. Our English is not good, and the locals said there was a mountain pass but we couldn't find it, so we gave up and climbed the volcano with our bare hands. The process was very tiring, but it was really beautiful and worth it!"

The food was heavenly, the rooms were immaculate, and the view from our balcony was like a postcard The owners and staff treated us like family. The only negative note was that the AC wasn't working correctly(26.5 C). But still, I highly recommend it."

"The royals of the past used to have retreats in the mountains. This place feels like one of those villas. It's in the woods and high up on famous Mount Etna and located in a large wooded forest of chestnut trees, where there is a trail for quiet walking. The property is tastefully furnished with art and rustic furniture. The staff is charming and then there is THE FOOD! (I forgot to say that there is a pool and lots of grounds to sit and read or relax in the sunshine. I wish I could have stayed there for many more days! GO!"

"Well-maintained structure, courteous staff. Gorgeous suite rooms, the standard rooms are absolutely not worth it as they are small and do not fit the price at all. Very good starred chef breakfast. Small spa and lukewarm water, I expected more, I would not do it again."

"House was clean and welcoming. Host is very helpful and nice. Location was quiet and comfortable parking on site. Close to etna and other sites. Short walk to centre with good cafeterias. Only missing thing was an oven in the premises. Confidently say that I will stay again here."
