Palazzo Bezzi Hotel

The Hotel was quaint. We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were nice. The round bed was a little hard, but we were able to get a good night's sleep. The staff was amazing, especially the staff in the front. They used What's App and messaged with us each day. They were able to call Taxi's for us because we don't speak Italian, and every time I tried to call for a taxi, they hung up on me. The front office staff went out of their way to assist us, welcome us and make us feel comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to increase the size of the gym. It is literally a room with a treadmill and a bike. And if they can not upgrade the room, maybe provide a free pass to a gym in the area. But overall, I was able to use the treadmill and get a part of my workout in. I will stay here again if we are ever back in Ravenna.

This is a great boutique hotel. We stayed in a superior room, which was large, lots of storage, chaise lounge and small table chairs. Bed was very comfy. Bathroom and toiletries good. Breakfast as has been said in other reviews is superb. The staff are friendly and helpful. Loved the ready to go list of restaurants and the bikes the hotel had for use. Absolutely would stay here again if we ever came back to Ravenna

I never expected such excellence in hospitalty right in the historic center of Ravenna. Everything, from location close to the city highlights to the delicious breakfast buffet was top notch in terms of quality and of course in value for money. Staff were very courteous and helpulf, specially Emanuelle and Luca at reception, and room was very comfortable. In short, I was glad we made a smart choice in booking {alazzo Bezzi.

Overnight stay at Palazzo Bezzi prior to picking up our cruise ship at the port of Ravenna. Best described as a small boutique hotel, it is very well equipped with a spa (can’t provide any information on this other than prices looked very reasonable). It also has a small gym (fitness room) with good quality equipment. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, the decor is modern and contemporary and the rooms very well equipped. They appear to have been recently refurbished. In room safe (easy to use!) and plenty of hanging space. Again, the room was spotlessly clean and overall the ethos and operation presents as more akin to how much larger hotels deliver. Robes and slippers and good quality towels supplied. One addition that could be made is the supply of complimentary bottled water in the rooms, The hotel does not have a bar but there is a drinks menu (alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks available). This is reasonably priced and we ordered bottled water from this and it was delivered to our room promptly. Breakfast included in the price of the hotel - a great selection of cold meats, juices, cereals and the usual Italian sweet choices. There is also a good selection of coffees available. We did make a suggestion that fresh orange juice could be added to the availability. We were glad we chose Pazzio Bezzi - all of the staff are friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are picking up a cruise ship and need an overnight stay but also see no problem if you are looking for a longer stay. There are a number of restaurants close by and the hotel reception will be happy to make recommendations.

This hotel is a beautiful little gem, centrally located. The room was wonderful and so comfortable. The front desk staff was so accommodating and helped with dinner reservations. The breakfast was very good and again, the staff was great. Highly recommended.
