It was ideal for visiting family nearby. Hotel was cleaner than many (the room even smelt of cleaning product) and the staff were unusually fantastic. Room and lift were a little tight to get a wheelchair into and needed a second person to help with reversing. There was no aircon in the room, unfortunately, and the heating unit refused to stay at a temperature lower than 22º, which made it uncomfortably toasty. It was lovely to have a table and chairs to eat at - go around to the Mauritian place on Caversham Road if you want awesome food (they also do breakfast) and we got to see a red kite from the window. There's a shower rather than a bath in the ensuite, which may be easier to use but the bed is impossibly high but very comfortable. There are plug points next to the bed, handy for chargers. The headboard is fabric and already starting to smell dusty, bear this in mind if you have asthma or allergies. Unusually a menu of breakfast items was provided in the room but the vegetarian/vegan breakfast items are all soya-based.

Comfortable stay for a short trip to Reading, Val and Nicky looked after us well, and the breakfast was good value for money . Reading is a nice town in easy walking distance to the hotel. Nothing more to add, why must this review be 200 characters

Room was super comfortable and clean. Quiet as well. Check in was easy and the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent value and very nice. Great choice of food available. I have used premium in 5 times this week and they have been consistently good. I couldn't fault this experience.

The premier inn was a standard good hotel, but the main attraction and overall enjoyment came from the hilarity and loveliness of the staff, in particular Val/Nicky, who consistently helped us settle in, have a laugh and be a source of welcomeness. Well done all!

3 Rooms booked for a 2 night wedding stopover. The accommodation was great and all the staff were helpful and friendly. The Breakfast team were brilliant as our son works out and took full advantage of the unlimited offer and the team could not have done more. Great wedding weekend, enhanced by good accommodation at a very reasonable price. 👍

Excellent stay at Premier Inn Caversham Bridge. Upon arrival reception staff very welcoming and friendly. Room very nice and clean and so to the bathroom. Bed comfortable and extra pillows if required. We opted for the full english cooked breakfast the following morning, the lady running the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful,we were expecting a buffet service for the cooked breakfast but instead the lady asked what we wanted and the amount and we could also help ourselves to the continental,I didn’t but my wife had some of the fruit which she said was nice and fresh. The breakfast certainly did not disappoint it was very well cooked lovely and hot, freshly cooked and very tasteful. Well done, would certainly stay there again if we are in the area.

Stayed for one night, staff were lovely, bed and pillows were really comfy, bathroom was very clean, but my room was SO hot! I put the provided fan on in the middle of the night, but it was really loud and just wafted warm air around the room. Breakfast was cooked to order, it was OK.
