Excellent stay at Premier Inn Caversham Bridge. Upon arrival reception staff very welcoming and friendly. Room very nice and clean and so to the bathroom. Bed comfortable and extra pillows if required. We opted for the full english cooked breakfast the following morning, the lady running the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful,we were expecting a buffet service for the cooked breakfast but instead the lady asked what we wanted and the amount and we could also help ourselves to the continental,I didn’t but my wife had some of the fruit which she said was nice and fresh. The breakfast certainly did not disappoint it was very well cooked lovely and hot, freshly cooked and very tasteful. Well done, would certainly stay there again if we are in the area.

Stayed for one night, staff were lovely, bed and pillows were really comfy, bathroom was very clean, but my room was SO hot! I put the provided fan on in the middle of the night, but it was really loud and just wafted warm air around the room. Breakfast was cooked to order, it was OK.

I had a wonderful experience. Jorge, the front desk staff, was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. My room was spotless and comfortable, and the hotel’s amenities were excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was top-notch. Overall, a fantastic stay—I highly recommend it and will definitely return!

Had a nice big room, for a reasonable price, on the third floor, which had a lovely view of the river behind the hotel (Thames Path is good for a leisurely walk in good weather). My partner was very impressed with the shower room layout. I was worried the fan in there would annoy us during the night (it's permanently on) but the shower room was sound-proofed. The TV has a sleep facility - always a plus.

Perfectly clean, very comfortable, everything you need for overnight stays - including Baylis & Harding shower creme and hand wash. However our room was incredibly cold: we had to constantly turn up the thermostat but the increase in temperature was dreadfully slow and the heater kept turning itself down. On our second night we had to go to bed in jumpers - the outside temperature was 2° and our room temperature would not rise above 14° - a very cold night indeed. Breakfast was an excellent experience: huge choice of continental and cooked, served quickly and pleasantly. As a coelliac - intolerant to gluten - I cannot fault the carefulness of the staff and indeed the choice I had: absolutely incredible, thank you. The staff overall were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and they were all very pleasant and happy in their work. Overall a great, although rather cold, experience.

Stayed for 2 nights over Christmas - great value and loved the quiet room we had at the rear of the hotel overlooking fields. Very comfy bed, lovely dark and quiet room meant we both had 2 very good nights sleep. Car parking was convenient and easy and we were warmly welcomed by the cheerful and friendly receptionist. Would recommend and we will stay here again as it’s close to family we visited.
