No emails will be replied, only emails for deposit collection will be replied to instantly. I can't find anyone. There is no elevator in the whole building, and the stairwell is narrow and it is inconvenient to move things. A deposit of 500 pounds is required and will not be returned until ten days after check-out.

Great location, cozy facilities for a fair price. Only problem is that there is no elevator, for those who arrive with heavy bags it is a problem and the noise of doors slamming all the time, infernal!

A cost effective, cosy, convenient & clean apartment in central Reading. We had a very pleasant stay and the location is ideal for a family oriented vacation. A recommendation for any family to have a comfortable stay.

This hotel was the biggest hotel con I have ever encountered in my entire life (I’m 55 years old). Firstly, you have to go through this ridiculous ID verification which is more difficult than Heathrow’s Passport Control. Once they have verified this they then ask you for a £500.00 deposit!!! Nothing was mentioned about this when booking the hotel. I have never paid £500.00 for a hotel deposit. They are just a joke. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
