I had an extremely enjoyable and unforgettable weekend at ClubMed in Heilongtan! Special thanks to Jayne and her team for this wonderful experience. From the meticulous communication before the trip to the meticulous service after check-in, every detail makes people feel thoughtful and warm. The point is, Jayne personally participated in the performance in the evening, which was a big surprise! A 100% all-round player! During this two-day and one-night trip, both adults and children had a great time. The constant temperature water activities allowed us to play in comfortable water temperature, the naughty castle park allowed the children to release endless energy, and the picnic time allowed us to enjoy delicious food and warm family time in nature. The performance party in the evening pushed the atmosphere to a climax, with adults and children singing and dancing and laughing constantly. The bartenders Ming and Ritta make great cocktails and they are very nice! In addition, the hand-crafting session allowed us to create unique souvenirs by ourselves, and basketball and football helped the fathers regain their youthful vitality. The most surprising thing was picking at Jinshan Farm. The fresh vegetables picked by the children themselves not only allowed them to experience the joy of labor, but also allowed us to bring back a lot of harvest. The cost-effectiveness of the entire trip is absolutely perfect! Each project is designed with great care and is both interesting and meaningful. Behind all this, Jayne’s careful arrangements and enthusiastic guidance are indispensable. Her professionalism and dedication made us feel truly at home. In short, this trip to Heilongtan ClubMed not only allowed us to relax our bodies and minds, but also brought our family and friends a lot of happiness and memories. The service is very good The Gro team was great and their thoughtful service made our entire stay very enjoyable. Murant, who led the morning hiking activity, was a Turkish guy. He was very nice! Unexpectedly, the photography experience at Jinghong Travel Photography was very good, and the final film turned out very well. It was one of the best travel photography companies I have encountered in various hotels.

The hotel's hardware is very good in all aspects, and most importantly, the service is super five-star. The staff encountered in various places in the hotel are all smiling, warm and thoughtful. Especially the butler Steve, who contacted us one day in advance to understand our check-in time and needs. On the day of check-in, he waited in the lobby according to our check-in time, helped us with the check-in procedures, introduced the hotel's various activities, and took the initiative to contact us at any time during the entire stay to pay attention to our needs. He was very warm and thoughtful. The whole experience was very good. It is a place I would come to for vacation many times. The fireworks show on Saturday night was great, highly recommended!

Finally arrived at the long-awaited parent-child hotel clubmed. As soon as I arrived at the lobby, I felt that the hotel was particularly high-end and clean. The check-in was also very fast. The room card design is also very special, it is a bracelet, which is much more convenient than a card. The room is also large and clean, with a good view. Later, we went to the children's playground and water park. It is really a paradise for children. It is really a good place to bring children. The parent-child hotel of a few hundred dollars is really worth it. It should be more fun in summer. There is an infinity pool and a bar. The fireworks show that night was so surprising, so shocking, and so beautiful. I will definitely come again next time. Finally, special thanks to the pregnant mother Penny.
