很差，服務員完全不在狀態，服務態度和意識都有很大的問題，工作不積極主動。酒店保養也很差，設施陳舊，衞生也不好。早餐完全拉誇，吃的也糟糕。最搞笑的是，申請延遲退房到2點，冷漠的回答不行。注意：我不是覺得不能延遲有多大問題，而是酒店冷漠的回答了句不行，讓我大感意外。

整個酒店可以説是一個小別墅區，也可以説是一個小公園，很是靜謐，綠化相當到位，早餐種類豐富、齊全，而且味道不錯；入住前有酒店的工作人員Crystal提前電話聯繫，詢問入住需求，ci時候Crystal檬檬全程陪同，並且介紹酒店，後續也熱心介紹酒店設施、周邊遊玩景點及特色，黑龍灘英迪格是成都周邊非常好的度假選擇。

特別喜歡酒店的整體設計，無論是外部還是房間裏，都給人耳目一新的感覺。酒店工作人員都很熱情，房間整體乾淨整潔，設備設施都維護得很好，謝謝工作人員 sarah 的悉心安排

服務真的很到位，本想5.1人多會有點忙不過來，結果酒店配備了私人管家，私人管家Niki服務很好，很熱心，入住期間小孩不小心受了傷，酒店服務非常人性化，房間乾淨衞生。
