"Well-located hotel, very close to Rhodes Town and the airport. We had a room with a magnificent sea view. The pool and surrounding area are very pleasant and well-equipped. Easy access to the beach with free, comfortable lounge chairs. The beach is pebbly and right next to the sea. Very good breakfast with plenty of variety. We stayed half-board and opted for dinner. The dinner buffet was excellent for our four-day stay."

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the amazing manager Cibora, who generously upgraded our room and was incredibly attentive throughout our 4-day stay. The staff were consistently kind, helpful, and professional — always making us feel comfortable and cared for. Everything from the food to the atmosphere was excellent, and we’re very grateful for the thoughtful service we received from everyone at the resort. "A reasonably welcoming establishment. Common areas are poorly cleaned. Food is poor quality, though quite varied. Plates and glasses often smell bad, even when freshly brought. Deckchairs are scarce, and the pool water is murky. The accommodation doesn't live up to the advertised 5-star rating. Excellent waiter service: friendly and always available."

"An extremely satisfying experience!!! Very clean and beautiful. Opening the curtains, you face the sea. It's really happy to walk out barefoot through the back window and feel the hot shore rocks☺️. Breakfast and dinner are very rich. The restaurant is spacious. You can always see butterflies and little cats outside the window. The service attitude is as warm as the sunshine on Rhodes! I'm a little reluctant to leave. Every staff member is very friendly. We will stay here next time! An absolutely amazing experience! Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully arranged. As soon as you open the curtains, you’re greeted with a stunning view of the sea. Stepping out barefoot through the back window onto the sun-warmed rocks was pure happiness☺️. Both breakfast and dinner were plentiful and delicious. The restaurant is spacious, and you can always spot butterflies and little cats outside the window. "The Junior Suite has a very good layout, which is better than most Sheraton hotels. The service is friendly and decent. The underground parking lot is convenient. The music from the evening performances is a bit loud, but the sound insulation is fine after closing the windows."

"I'm currently lying on a lounger by the pool, our plane leaves in a few hours, so I'm using this time to write a review. Check-in after arriving at the hotel (last Sunday around 9:00 p.m.) went smoothly and we even managed to have dinner, which is served until 9:30 p.m. In general, the food here is varied, everyone chooses what they want, whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner, a snack was also served in the morning and afternoon. Sometimes it happened that some food was missing, but they replenished it within a few minutes. It happened once or twice that we waited for a table for a while. The housekeepers and the staff in general were pleasant and kind. Drinks, beer and wine were served in the bars until 23:00 as part of all inclusive, after which you had to pay. Once we had dinner in a Greek restaurant where an aperitif, appetizer, main course (choice of 4 courses) and dessert were served. I personally liked it, but there was too much of it. We were accommodated in bungalows on the first floor overlooking the pool about 30m from the place where the evening program took place. The music was blaring, so it was not possible to fall asleep until about 11:30 p.m. Although the bungalow has been through a bit, we are not renting. There is also a shower and a bathtub, but there is no curtain in the bathtub, and when someone enters the bungalow, they practically immediately see the bathtub. They had to replace the air conditioning on the third day of our stay, as it hardly cooled at all, after that it was fine. Towels and bath towels were changed every day, and they also replenished shampoo and shower gel when it ran out. The room also has a small fridge, hair dryer and TV, but we never turned it on, electric kettle + tea, safe. Sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool and on the beach were already included in the price, but the sunbeds had to be reserved in the morning. Most of the beach has poor access to the water due to the rocks, just on the edge of the resort near the harbor is a sandy beach with sunbeds, a shower and a buffet. The reptile could sometimes be cleaned of algae, otherwise it was fine, the bottom was sandy, shoes for the sea are not necessary, and the snorkel is also useless. Beach towels can be changed up to 3 times a week, but you have to go early in the morning, otherwise you're out of luck. We rented a car from the local rental company for one day (a Fiat Panda for €60 including insurance) and went to see the valley of butterflies in the morning (the children loved it) and in the afternoon we went to see the city of Rhodes - a beautiful city, I recommend going for the whole day, it's there what to watch. I can't go without mentioning the cats that can be found throughout the area, including the restaurant. Wifi worked quite well, except for one day when it dropped quite often. Overall, I would rate the satisfaction and stay at 4 stars. What I appreciate is that although check out is until 11:00 am, we could still go for lunch today and use all the hotel's facilities until our departure at 5:00 pm."
