Port Royal Villas and Spa - Adults Only

Nice and clean hotel. Beach is not the best, but definitely a plus to have one. Breakfast is great Asked a room service not to clean my room, but they did. As a result I couldn’t find my night guard.. they probably thought it was trash or something. That really disappointed me. But all in all we had a pleasant stay

Our 7th year at port royal and 3 week stay.needless it is more like home than a hôtel.new changes this year newly furnished rooms,food truck near to the beach.as usual the staff make you more than welcome each year with there kindness and smile.unfortunately less for the all inclusive,food wise.the main restaurant for the buffet certain nights better than others and we found less variety of dishes,fresh vegetables and décoration round the buffet.as for the cheese not alot of choice and portions not very big. Thanks to nektaria, kouala,sidorela, anthula, Despina and all the floor staff. Cibus excellent service and great food,The pool bar as Always excellent service thanks to Angelo,george and tsanpika ❤️.the pasteria food was Amazing as usual as the service aswell.giota, Eva, Pepa second giota,anthula keep up the high level of service.sadly our 3rd week was ruined by certain guests, they had seem to forget the respect for the other guests.The quiet pool which is reserved for the people who prefer the calm to read books in an relaxing atmosphère,but instead shouting laughing from morning until night, smoking certain substances and cigarettes in the pool and also drinking in the pools and didnt seem to mind if they left there empty papers cups around the pool and spilling the drinks in the pool.i suggest to the director of the hotel simply to deny Access in the pool with drinks and cigarettes and other substances i think there is enough place round the pools to do this for the guests.other than that we had an excellent 7th year hopefully next year will be quieter !!!!!

This hotel is absolutely STUNNING! Easily one of the best hotels I have been to in my life. I had come to Rhodes for a holiday and to surprise my girlfriend with marriage proposal. I booked a night here as we were staying in Faliraki and it just wasn’t special enough to propose. From the moment we arrived the staff were first class and welcoming. The hotel looks amazing and the pool area is absolutely beautiful. At night they have a fibre optic light show built into the pool and it really is something else!!! The food, the drinks, the music at the pool everything is perfect. Super comfortable beds all round the pool. We had a delicious italian meal and lunches in the restaurant. I booked a beach access room it was perfect and we got engaged on the balcony with nice bottle of champagne when the sunset. Everything was perfect thank you so much and I will not hesitate to recommend your hotel as one of the best to all my friends, family and colleagues! Will definitely come back for a week sometime. Cannot thank you guys and all your amazing staff enough! 6 stars out of 5!

We have just returned from a week’s holiday so firstly we wanted to say that the hotel itself is beautiful and the grounds etc. The staff work so hard and were always friendly so this review does not reflect them. However, we feel we were mis ‘sold the all-inclusive option which is something we always book. We like to have the options of using the A La Carte but have never felt so restricted with what we could not have and if we had known this beforehand then we would not have chosen to come here. I understand paying extra for items such as lobster or a tomahawk steak but when you can’t even have carbonara, pepperoni pizza or fruit salad then there is a problem. We are foodies and the choices of food you could not have out weighed the choices you could have. In Cibus (tapas restaurant) out of the 23 choices available you could only have 6. In La Pasteria there were 40 choices and only 17 allowed and in Armira there were 39 choices and only 17 allowed. I don’t understand if this is classed as all inclusive then why not allow people the option to dine in one of these once per week? Items marked with a crown are the ones you can choose from. There was plenty of choice in the main restaurant so we ended up eating there most of the time. The food was good but some of the meats were left out too long and were dry. We enjoyed the fish night where you could get nice big prawns and still don’t understand why you cannot get these in the A La Carte?? With the drinks the cocktails that you could have were ok, most are pre-made in the bottles so just had to pour them into a cocktail shaker and add copious amounts of ice. You get a quarter of a cup and the rest is ice topped off with more ice. The drinks were nice from the glass by the pool. You cannot ask for a different cocktail if it is not on the list. I asked for a bloody mary and was told no however I asked for a vodka and tomato juice and was allowed to have this. Apparently, they take too long to make. We like to have a Gin and out of the 17 choices available you can only have 1 (gordons) and that was it. To us this is not all inclusive so you would be better booking room only and trying out the restaurants outside the hotel. We like to get up early and lay by the pool whilst it is nice and cooler which was good for us reserving a bed. If you arrive later than 0730 then all the beds are reserved so you then need to look at the other pool areas. We enjoyed our stay but were extremely disappointed with the AI option as we spent a lot of money for this holiday.

The wife and I booked a week here for some absolute relaxation, and that's what we got. From the first time you walk in, the staff are wonderful and attentive, the whole site is spotlessly clean and the room's cool and comfortable, with a great choice of pillows. We enjoyed the site so much, over the course of the week we barely left the site; we found a lovely shaded spot by the smaller pool and as it was never jam-packed, we always had space to relax and read a book or have a swim. Would love to head back one day...

The hotel was everything we hoped for. The food was amazing and so was the service! We had a jacuzzi room with a side sea view and it was stunning. The bed was so comfy and there were gorgeous little extras to make the stay feel even more special. Michael was brilliant at the poolside bar and made wonderful cocktails. We couldn’t fault the facilities, always somewhere to relax and didn’t have any trouble getting a table or sunbed. We went all inclusive and there were plenty of options for food. You could eat in a restaurant without booking for lunch and dinner so if you don’t fancy the buffet there are other options with amazing food. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a romantic break to relax.

The hotel is stunning, spotlessly clean with friendly, helpful staff. We had a ‘bungalow’ (just another word for room) seafront room which had lovely views. The room wasn’t particularly big and we had smokers next door so couldn’t always use the balcony. The room was serviced daily and the minibar was replenished every two days. There were always fresh beach towels available but it was sometimes a struggle to get a sun bed round the pool. One pool played loud, ubiquitous and banal music day and night but both the smaller pool and the beach were peaceful. Although the food was good, we felt we had been mis-sold on the ‘all’ inclusive. The vast majority of drinks and food were not included and, if you wanted to select a fruit salad for lunch, for example, you had to pay full cost - not even a supplement. Drinks were only served on the all inclusive option until 11pm, after which, you were charged. We have never experienced this before and, having paid over £3.5K for two people for one week, we were not impressed. If you are looking at the menus online, the dishes/drinks with a crown next to them are on the all inclusive option - this makes up about one third of them. There were a lot of smokers/vapers with no nonsmoking areas to escape them. As the vast majority of guests didn’t smoke, I feel this lets down a lot of guests. Fill your own lungs, not other people’s. The beach has shingle so water shoes would have been useful. We also wished we’d taken insect repellent as the mosquitoes have a great time around the pool in the evening. It’s a beautiful hotel but we cannot recommend the ‘all’ inclusive as it doesn’t actually exist.

Port Royal is my absolute favorite destination! I can't recommend it enough! Opt for the all-inclusive package and make sure to dine at La Pasteria for dinner and lunch—the food and service are outstanding. It’s truly an unforgettable experience, making Port Royal the best place to relax and have fun in the sun.
