"A rebranded hotel outside of PP. the rooms were great, but the pool was a bit cold as it was early in the season. It’s out of the way, but that makes it quiet. The free tuktuk was helpful but be mindful that it only goes to a single central location. Unfortunately, the air pollution was bad because the farmers were burning off the rice. That is out of the control of the hotel, though."

"We are a family of three with a 10-year-old, and we stayed at The Embassy Angkor Resort and Spa for 3 nights. The overall experience was excellent. The room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was very good. There’s a menu to order from, offering everything from spaghetti to Chinese porridge—freshly made, simple, yet delicious. Both my husband and I especially enjoyed the sliced fish porridge. The hotel spa offers a 1.5-hour hot compress massage at $34++, which we found very worthwhile. The masseuses were professional, and the spa itself was clean with a soothing atmosphere. The hotel also provides complimentary tuk-tuk service to the downtown area, which made getting around the city very convenient. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money. The only minor drawback was that the hot water supply was not strong enough during peak hours (around 8–9 pm), so we couldn’t fully enjoy the bathtub as the water temperature was too low. Other than that, we had nothing to complain about. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing stay in Siem Reap."

"Hotel location is good, 10 minutes walk to the bar street, there is a supermarket opposite, very convenient, there are many restaurants within 200 meters, almost any one tastes far better than the bar street red net restaurant (don't ask me how to know, pro test! ). The booked Cabana Suite is spacious and comfortable, the decoration is not luxurious but warm and practical, there is a refrigerator and safe, the wash area is too big, and the two wash basins are the shower water is not big enough. The pool is small but too comfortable. Almost all of them are surrounded by a pool. Every evening, there are neatly rolled bath towels on the loungers. Don’t be too comfortable to swim in the night. Breakfast is starting at 7 o'clock, the variety is not too much, you need to order, tastes good. If you want to go to the sunrise, you can tell the breakfast package with the front desk the night before, usually two eggs and four bananas and one bottle of water. It is very professional to give away a free horse killing method, but the second time is more expensive, it seems to be two dollars. The service of washing four pieces of clothing for free every day is very good! The service staff are very good at both attitudes, and they must be polite to say hello. The only thing that was not very satisfactory was that we came from another hotel on the second day. We didn't use the pick-up service. When we sent the plane, we had to book ten dollars, but we also blamed us for not consulting in advance. In short, recommend staying, you will not regret it!"

"Cannot thank or recommend this hotel enough. It’s away from the city but you’ll know that by looking on a map anyway. The staff are fantastic and so welcoming. Go above and beyond. Helped us convert currency. We stayed for a whole day after we checked out and were made to still feel like guests. The food was so delicious. Both Cambodian and western style. Happy hour is 5-7pm! Rooms and very big and clean. Pool is gorgeous and salt water. Book this is you want quality, relaxation and a great nights sleep in such comfy beds."

"Resort had forgotten to send transportation to airport to pick me up regardless of having booked the same two days prior to the arrival. Front desk had compensated the taxi charge. Spa could have been bit more cleaner. Had dinner and breakfast once and would say that it is moderate enough for a remote place. I chose this resort so that I could be away from general traffic noise from the city. This place is good for those who intends to have a traffic free ambience. "

"One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to - Had an amazing time at this hotel. Where should I even start? It all began when I arrived at the hotel. Mr. Nikol welcomed me at the reception with a big smile, a welcome drink, and a cold towel. He showed me everything, gave me tips for my stay, and answered all my questions in a very professional and friendly way. I couldn’t imagine a better start to my vacation! Thanks Mr. Nikol! The room was absolutely stunning, and the entire facility was very clean and well-maintained. Even the hotel gym (which I had to visit every day because of all the delicious food during my stay!) was well equipped. The breakfast buffet was perfect, and the warm and incredibly friendly staff there always made my mornings special! I’m not usually a massage person, but I gave the deep tissue massage a try, and the lady made me feel like melted butter! I guess I need to change my mind about massages now. Thank you for the great massage, Mrs. Theavy! You really made my evening. Since I work a lot from hotel rooms, my schedule was really tight, and I needed a well-planned tour to see everything in Angkor Wat in a short time. At first I wondered if that would even be possible, but thank God I ran into Mr. Phoeum at the reception! He organized a fantastic trip to Angkor Wat that fit perfectly into my limited schedule. Thanks to his plan, I was able to see absolutely everything I wanted. Thank you so much, Mr. Phoeum, for that stunning trip and the friendly help! I truly can’t recommend this hotel enough. Especially because every staff member is not only professional, but very warm and welcoming. During my next trip to Siem Reap, I will definitely stay here again. Thanks for the great time!"

"The hotel has beautiful premises inside and outside. It's very clean, and the staff is exceptional. We enjoyed the breakfast very much and especially the noodle soup station where they make everything to your liking; also a variety of delicious bread. It's a good location, about 16 -18 minutes walk to the Pub street or you can take a tuk tuk as there are plenty of them. We preferred walking. We had dinner one night and lunch in the hotel's restaurant and the food was tasty. On arrival we asked to change our room to the one overlooking the garden and pool as the view in the front of the building overlooking the road wasn't that great. We had of course to pay the difference but it was much nicer. It's a shame that the hotel wasn't very full during our stay. We enjoyed staying 4 nights there and definitely would recommend this hotel."

"This hotel is more traditional in terms of design. Breakfast is good and the entire place is nice for picture taking. Our room is facing the pool. The air conditioning and water pressure is extremely good. Location is convenient to go Angkor Wat and Pub Street."

"Exquisite, comfortable and top quality luxury small hotel. The location is a bit far from the city center, but Siem Reap is very small, so it is actually 10-15 minutes to get to the city center by tutuk. I chose this place because I like to be quiet and come to the Angkor Marathon. The surrounding areas are all residential areas, which will look very run-down, but walking into the hotel gate is another world. The bedding was particularly satisfactory, the bed was large, clean and comfortable. Good luck, upgraded the big room by the pool and really enjoyed it. There are not many rooms in the hotel so the waiters take care of every guest. Breakfast is a la carte, it feels much better than buffet breakfast, taste and quality are very good, I feel like eating a big meal in the morning. The waiter's English is very good, and the attitude is enthusiastic and modest. During my stay in the hotel, I had dinner, laundry, swimming pool, and spa services. Impeccable. It is very suitable for rest, and guests who like quiet and more private space, but if you want to go out at night, you have to ask the hotel for help. The leaving manager and your dedicated waiter will take you to the door to say goodbye, very warm. Will have the opportunity to come here again and recommend to friends. But oh, the only minor regret is that we have been treated as Taiwanese or Hong Kong guests. We have corrected it twice. Unfortunately, our lovely waiter has not remembered it, but it will not affect the overall impression of the hotel ~ see you next time."
