"The hostel is amazing. The best I’ve stayed so far in Asia. Price is bit higher than usual but it’s expected by the quality of everything. The rooftop is amazing, and it has an amazing swimming pool. Restaurant and bar prices is not expensive and due the live music can be noisy for some sensitive clients, but it depends on your room location. As my room was in the first floor and on the opposite side I was ok. Breakfast was good. Toilets and showers very very clean! Location is also very good close to everything. Don’t think twice if you want to have a great stay!"

"Really lovely staff that were helpful from check-in. Spacious room, which was clean and equipped with water, TV and aircon. We also got some breakfast and coffee in the morning which was nice. Okay location, bit far out from centre but can get a tuktuk easily or rent a bike from across the road which is what we did. We also got our coffee from a stall acorss the road, we loved the lady that worked there. Good value for money overall and enjoyed our stay."

"Stayed here 6 nights and it was beyond expectations. Its a new hotel but we really enjoyed everything. Owner and staff was really friendly, breakfast was good, close to 2 gyms and city center. Room also top notch. Really nothing to say bad about this place. Thank you!"

"It’s a great value for money. The room was spacious and clean. The location is very convenient and the owners are absolutely delightful. They also helped me to book a great tuk tuk driver to explore Angkor wat. The only downside was that the water pressure was a bit low but everything else was good."

"We had a standard private room and it was one of the best places we’ve stayed throughout south east Asia! Such good value for money, very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The bar downstairs was really cheap, beer for $1 and 3 for 2 on happy hour (2pm - 11pm) the pool area was small but nice although we didn’t get chance to go in as we were too busy. Staff were all really helpful and helped us book our trips and they also offered a laundry service which was great."

"The Dungeon- white with rendered unpainted cement walls.
Cambodians are known for their hospitality and smiles, the staff was otherwise untrained. There was a huge crack in the door, toilet paper was used to stuff the crack. The room had bare walls, half was unpainted and finished in unpainted dark rendered cement, all the lights were spot and wholely insufficient lumens, these may be intentional designs but I need to be able to see. There is no kill switch at the bed so triping over after the lights were turned off was a nightly hazard. Bed was stiff and covers looked and felt old- perhaps this is an eco-friendly place, not wanting to use bleach. Exactly 1 pillow and 1 towel was provide, I had to ask for a second pillow two times, no bath mat etc ... Room was not cleaned daily, maybe I'm missing the inhouse signal system. Old flooring. No outlets no hairdryer in the bathroom which was bare concrete.
The ac was barely sufficient to keep the room tolerable. Location was very slight closer to Anchor Wat than the market area in exchange for little food places etc ..., the positive being being local prices and local cuisine (may be good or bad)
The pool was lovely though.
I wasn't sure if I needed to come through the side gate meant for cleaners and maids, 🤣🤔"

JJane KatrinaI definitely recommend this place because the people here are nice, their service is good, and they manage well on how to accommodate us. The owner and his family are very kind. There are many foreigners also book this place and it's because it's cheap but good for those whose budget is limited. They have tuktuk driver and he's very kind.

BBrannan Mitchel-SlentzUnfortunately, while the location and service were excellent here, the amenities and cleanliness left quite a bit to be desired. We found baby roaches in the bathroom, the bathtub was moldy and didn't drain, and the walls had weird stains on them. The bed was perfectly made and neat, though, and the sheets seemed clean. There is a pool here, but the views leave a bit to be desired, and while they used to have a pool side bar, it appears to be permanently closed. The front desk got us some towels and went out and grabbed some beers for us to enjoy by the pool, so that certainly made up for it, but it wasn't quite the vibe I was hoping for. The location is incredible, being just a block away from the entrance to Pub Street, a couple blocks from the river and all of the amazing river side food stalls, but far enough away from all that as to not be too loud at night. They also were able to set us up with some very nice electric peddle-assist bikes that we were able to take at 4:30 am so we could make it in time for the Angkor Wat sunrise.

GGuest UserI recommend this hotel. I've stayed in lots of Siem reap hotels so I feel I know good value. The rooms are really beautiful, big, great mattress and pillows. Quiet air con with a fan and high ceilings. Everything is made of a lovely dark wood. The rooms are quiet, I stayed almost three weeks and never heard my neighbours although I know the rooms were full. Tv has fashion tv and sports channels, international channels. There are power points next to the bed and a dimming light above the bed for night time. Blackout curtains and hot water in the shower and sink for shaving. Also the staff are very friendly and I felt very comfortable, not intrusive but always very positive and I felt good everytime I walk in and out past reception and into the hotel, which is really important to me. Also fridge and the kettle had zero mold, 100% clean!, first hotel I've stayed in where the kettles were clean, like brand new!. So thanks to the reception and cleaning staff for being so friendly. The whole place is really lovely and I'd definitely come back again. Also there's a pool and restaurant upstairs which has amazing views over Siem reap. Thanks for the stay, Kind regards, Matthew.

@@OtterAndAlpineAdventuresNice rooms, unfortunately didn't have a record of our booking through trip.com but sorted us with an alternative room which just meant faffing swapping rooms after the first day. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable though. WiFi didn't work for most of our stay which was disappointing and there is no remote for the TV. Pool is lovely and just big enough to do some OK lengths. Breakfast buffet was nice and changed slightly each day, with a fresh egg station made to your liking. Staff very helpful arranging tours. Bicycle rental went smoothly arranged by hotel on the morning. We didn't try the restaurant but it has 20% discount on food between 7pm and 8pm each day. Location is good for exploring all the temples (tuk tuk or taxi needed ideally, but we also had a fun day exploring them on the bicycles too). Would recommend although maybe check they have your booking first

HHumphrey JrThe hotel was pretty nice for the affordable price. The service was good, both receptionists were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. The location was pretty convenient to visit the city center and night markets. There are a lot of bars and restaurants along the street, we really enjoyed that. Our room was on the first floor so it was a bit noisy in the mornings because other guests came to have breakfast at the lobby which was also on the same floor and a few meters from our room. Despite that, everything was very good.

SSolo Male - Long Term TravelExpectation/Reality: The rooms and the photos were pretty close, and you will get pretty much what you expect. The bed is a foam top which isn't bad.
Security: Generally secure. No safe, and the key is attached to the bracelet, but the location and the space felt secure.
Hygiene: Generally good. You may have to ask for fresh towels, but the space itself was clean.
Hospitality: Quite good, everyone speaks english and is fairly competent.
Social Atmosphere: WARNING this is a party hostel. Music will be playing until mid night, so if you want to sleep early you need very good ear plugs. There's lots of events and lots of people to socialize with, typically they are around 21-22 years old, but there are older and younger, generally a good crowd. The volunteers organizing the events are just OK and doing their job, not the most keen or enthusiastic, but reasonably good enough.
Overall: Good value for a private room. Good location to see the touristy sights. BEWARE don't book transport through the hostel. It seems convenient but it not a good experience. You get picked up by a tuk tuk, dropped off outside of town and wait by the side of the road were no one speaks english to get into a jam packed into van with broken AC, and no one speaks english, the van left about an hour behind schedule and when arriving at Phnom Penh, it was a dodgy experience, getting into another van alone to be dropped off into the next hostel. It was an uncomfortable adventure, but I did arrive safe, but if i did it again I would book transport through a provider with more direct responsibility.

Good
CCristina Del RioMe and my partner stayed for a night to visit the angkor wat. We arrived a midday and the room wasn't ready but they offered us to take us to see the sunset by tuc tuc with Mr bond from the temple, a really good driver and with a massive heart. The following day he also took us to see the sunrise and left us at the hotel around midday to have a little rest and have a check out at 2.30, we then were able to leave our bags there until we took the sleeping bus.
The host also let us take their bikes to have a wonder around the centre which is just 10 min away.
I would recommend to everyone and will definitely repeat. Rooms are big and nice. Very quite at night with a bit of a jungle noise from little animals, like this cute lizard.

I booked the place via trip.com and the room they provided was different from the photos; i booked a nice looking white room as they showed on my reservation but I ended up in a different room which was dark and not as fresh looking as I was expecting. Bathroom is a bit tricky, water usually spills all across the floor, and takes time to drain.
Room has both AC and a ceiling fan, they provide toothbrush and small soaps, as well as towels; no flip-flops.
Room and bathroom were both quite spacious, although it was rather dark inside since lightbulbs don’t actually light up much. The bedding appears clean but it isn’t the most fresh and you can see some stains but it is in an acceptable condition, although the mat in front of the bathroom door was quite old and filthy looking. There isn’t a mini fridge or blow dryer in the room and also no sockets in the bathroom which was actually quite inconvenient.
They have a nice small pool in the yard.
Guest house doesn’t provide house keeping unless you ask; same with drinking water - you have to ask and they will give bottles.
There was a child on the premises that often screamed, which was rather unpleasant during the waking hours tbh.
Overall, it was a normal place considering the price; i would stay there again assuming that they provide the room I book and not something else.
