"I am generally pleased and satisfied with my stay at Nigi Nigi Too. The staff and cleaners are friendly and attentive. When booking at this hotel, here are a few things to keep in consider: - The standard room doesn’t have a refrigerator. Instead, there’s a large refrigerator available for everyone to use on the first floor. - Free drinking water is also available on the second floor for everyone to use. - The hotel only provides mugs inside the room, so it’s a good idea to bring your own water container or thumbler. - There’s no cabinet to store your clothes, but there’s a designated area where you can lay them out. - Hangers are included in the room. - I was provided with two bath towels. - You can always request to clean your room during the makeup room hours. - There’s no elevator, so if you’re staying on the third floor, you’ll have to take the stairs. The room is well-equipped with a functional air conditioning system, a TV, a lampshade with a small table and two chairs, and a clean, unclogged bathroom. The bathroom also features a working water heater, a bidet, and a lavatory with complimentary dental kits. Additionally, they provide body wash and shampoo in the bathroom. The WIFI works perfecty fine too. You can always request a beach towel daily. However, slippers are not provided during my stay. The breakfast is excellent. As a solo traveler, I booked a room that accommodates two people, but I was still able to receive two breakfast meals per day. My room is located on the third floor, at the very end of the building in the resort. I highly recommend booking a room on the second floor. You’ll be conveniently close to the water dispenser and the first floor. Additionally, it’s just a minute’s walk to the beautiful white beach. There’s a bar at the hotel entrance, so it might get quite noisy at night. The walkway to the end building is beautiful; it’s like walking through a garden. The rates at trip.com is cheaper rather than booking direct at the hotel. Overall I am happy with my stay will sure keep this hotel in mind when i plan to go back to Boracay. "The hotel is very pleasing and worth every pero. We enjoyed our stay over all including its access to the beach and the availability of other activities. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The facilities are top of the line. Clean and very presentable. The foods are delicious and nicely prepared."

"We stayed at this hotel from February 13th. What really stood out was the incredibly responsive and friendly staff – a big thank you to them! Otherwise, there aren't many other positives. Of course, for that price, we didn't have high expectations, but still… The hotel is quite run-down. The plumbing was the most annoying part. Everything was leaking, the faucet was wobbly, there was no hand-held shower, only an unadjustable overhead shower. The only thing that worked well in the bathroom was the hairdryer! The hotel is located near D'Mall at Station 2 (if that's important to anyone). Another plus was the good Wi-Fi."

"We stayed here for three nights. The first room we stayed didn’t have a window (room 106). As I am claustrophobic, I asked for a different room, the front desk staff kindly accommodated my need from the second day on. It seems that they have several rooms that don’t have a window, so if you are like me, please let them know in advance. The location is convenient as it’s close to station 2. While the majority of station 1 hotels are more secluded and quiet, this hotel was never so as it’s located at the main boat station and there are tons of tourists hanging around the property. There are lounge chairs, but those are often used by the tourists who were waiting for their boat to arrive. The breakfast was mixture of Filipino and Chinese food. Different selection everyday but still ok. The room was dated but we appreciated the fridge and air conditioner. The beach mats and towels were available for free and that was also nice. The best thing about this hotel was the staff！ They tried their best to accommodate the guests’ needs. We enjoyed our stay because of them."

"Hennan Lagoon Resort is located in Station 2 and a quick walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to D’Mall. Friendly staff and a great selection of food at the buffet for breakfast. We stayed in one of the rooms that had direct access to the pool, the room was huge! Definitely would stay here again."

"I want to start by commending the housekeeping and room quality. My room was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the service standards did not match the quality of the accommodation. Since this was my first time staying with in this hotel, I wanted to share specific instances that affected my experience: • Dining Protocols: During lunch, staff began breaking down the buffet without informing dining guests. As I was still eating, this felt dismissive. A simple ”last call” announcement would have been appreciated. Similarly, during breakfast, my table was fully cleared while I was away getting dessert, creating confusion. Better training on recognizing when a guest has actually finished dining is needed. • Menu Expectations: I was disappointed to find the lunch menu significantly more limited than what is currently advertised in vlogs and online marketing. Managing these expectations is crucial for guest satisfaction. • Front Desk Efficiency: The check-out process was surprisingly slow. For travelers on a tight schedule, an inefficient check-out can create significant stress regarding flight times. I suggest reviewing your staffing or systems during peak departure hours."

"The Bed is so Cozy. we stayed in their Annex Building, Ground floor since may kasama kaming senior. Just cross the street . The free breakfast is OK na,pero sobrang konti ng servings 😊. For sure babalik pa din kami sa hotel na to."

"Our 4-day, 3-night stay at Henann Palm Beach Resort was a great experience. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The service was excellent and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The amenities were well-maintained, especially the swimming pools and the easy access to the beach. The only problem for me is the water is so much cold. I hope they provide a heater as well in the pool. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food and everything was delicious. Especially the egg station, ordered every motning cheese omelete but I forgot the chef's name. Overall, it was a relaxing stay and I would definitely recommend this resort when visiting Boracay. 🌴"

"This resort is absolutely beautiful! The private beach and the various swimming pool areas are lovely to recharge at. The gym is well equipped and the breakfast buffet is well worth going for. It is also situated not too far away from the main Boracay centre, just a 10 min tuk tuk journey. All the staff were incredibly helpful and respectful towards us during our 2 week stay. The room was spacious and well functioning with a large smart TV and a nicely designed bathroom. I would definitely recommend coming here!"
