"The hotel is very good and very cost-effective. We were delayed by the car rental company for 2 hours, so we checked in late, so the lady at the front desk gave us an upgrade? I was given a room with a garden by the swimming pool. The room was very cozy. The toilet and bathroom were very new and very good. I had the best sleep in this hotel in Hawaii. I don’t understand why no one commented on it. The hotel has its own We also saw real turtles on the beach, yes real turtles! And it was the guy who handed out towels by the pool who I asked at the beginning. After a long time, the guy came to me and asked me if I had just asked a few of them if there were turtles in the hotel. He said he saw turtles and came to call me. I'm really grateful to remember this. The hotel has its own small supermarket and boutique, so you don’t have to worry if you don’t have enough medicine or if your swimsuit doesn’t look good, you can buy them all! ! And the selection is high-end and comforting. In addition, if you stay in the hotel for about 3 days, you will probably get tired of the restaurant. Of course, there is nothing delicious outside. Hawaii seems to get off work at 4 pm, so there is really no choice outside the hotel."

"The hotel is beautiful, but the front desk service is poor. Three hours were wasted at check-in, and there was only one person in the queue when checking out, and a lady's bill was miscalculated. The delay was more than half an hour, and the guests can only wait. It is incredible that there is only one person at the front desk. How can such a service match the hotel brand and beauty? Because I was in a hurry, I had to pay my room card before leaving, the bill was not settled, and my deposit and compensation were not paid. I do not know how to solve the problem later?"

"The room was big enough for a group of 5 people and equipped with all the kitchen stuff needed for us to prepare quick meals after long days. Ocean Club was nice. I loved the gym right in front of the ocean, which made me feel like running on heaven. There were also beach gears and collapsible chairs, but we knew them stored in storage outside the door on the checkout. Beach towels are provided to guests at the office. There was no housekeeping during my stay of 3 nights. I had to vacuum by myself. 2 cocktoaches came inside the room on the first night, and their dried parts were founded beneath the sofa, but we took care of them. It was okay. Except some minors. I enjoyed staying at Hali'i Kai.staffI met were all kind and sweet. Thanks. I would stay here again if I come visit Bigisland."

"You must stay at this hotel for more than two nights. It is too big. You need to drive from the lobby to the accommodation. There are more than 20 annex buildings. You can go to the Hilton Hotel, which is also a car ride. The Hilton Hotel is bigger, with free trains and boats. It is very fun. We checked in in the afternoon and drove to the Hilton Hotel immediately. Parking is free. There are many swimming pools in the hotel. We played a sunset and decided to play in the hotel the next day. Then there is the King and Queen Shopping Village nearby to solve dinner. The next morning, drive to the Hilton. Snorkeling is free, life jackets, boating, skateboards are all free, and it is directly connected to the sea. It is worth it. We originally went out to sea for snorkeling. The time-sharing hotel has a kitchen. It is recommended that you eat breakfast in the room. The living room is very large. There is a golf course and swimming pool downstairs. There is also one in the lobby. We swam in three large swimming pools for two days, and there were five or six small ones that we didn't have time to go to."

"I was surprised at how big the resort hotel was. There was a tram, but no boats. The service to make inquiries in Japanese ended in March. The shuttle bus to the nearby shopping mall was $5 one way, so I walked there (just over 20 minutes). The room was spacious, but the water flow in the bathtub was not so good. From the room, you could see the golf course and the sea. The grounds are large, so I got up early in the morning and took a walk, which felt great. The best spots to see the sunset were written on the map of the grounds, so I was able to see a really beautiful sunset. There were sea turtles and dolphins, and a fun pool, so I had a wonderful time."

"The service is very, very warm. Compared with the next door Rosewood, I personally like the service of Four Seasons. The room has good lighting and is suitable for traveling alone. The room of Rosewood is more beautiful than Four Seasons, but it is not suitable for individual travel. It is more suitable for couples. There should not be 3,000 fish in the kings pond as they said. If you go snorkeling in it, the water quality is relatively turbid. I understand that it is sea water after all. It is 6 meters deep. I didn’t see a lifeguard nearby. Do what you can."
