We accidentally booked the incorrect date by 1 week and when we realised we called to ask if they could change or refund and they would not!! We gave more than 1 weeks notice it was a genuine mistake!! T disgusting client service when you made a genuine mistake!! Gutted and will not re book!

Great boutique hotel with beautiful balcony and really comfy bed in a great spot right in the old town and just a short walk to heaps of fantastic restaurants and shops. We stayed three nights and would have loved to stay longer. We recommend this lovely place.

We absolutely loved our stay here. While it was a little early in the season to enjoy the pool, everything about this place was top notch. The location is in the heart of the old town, staff arranged for free parking a short walk away and their laundry service was very affordable a quick. The breakfasts were one of the highlights for myself!

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and great breakfast. The room is beautiful and big, clean. Your car must park at 5 minutes away, But your parking fee will be waved with hotel help. Make sure ask hotel where to park before arriving.

This was a very charming hotel with nice patio. The room was clean and very comfortable, the staff was very nice. We parked our vehicle at the public parking lot, which was only few minutes to the hotel and the parking was paid by the hotel. We only booked for only one night... we wish we were staying there longer.

We recently stayed here during our trip to Crete and it was a delightful experience. The hotel is new and beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean, which made our stay all the more comfortable. The modern aesthetic and attention to detail really stood out. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always available to help with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made us feel right at home and ensured that everything went smoothly throughout our stay. The location is perfect, you are right in Old Town, close to the water, shops, and all of the restaurants. Everything is a quick walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rethymno area.

Beautiful quaint hotel. Very clean and great location. Very accommodating. We were going to leave before breakfast was going to be served and they brought us pastries and bread the night before so we would have something. I wish we had stayed longer.
