It's very average. I can't see anything on the second floor. I asked the front desk if I could move to a higher floor. They just put things in a perfunctory way, and the real room is different from his picture! The room is so rubbish that I forgot to take a picture

Lovely time. Great weather. Hotel is immaculate and stylish. Pool area is lovely with activities going on if you want them. Food was amazing throughout the week. Themed nights were great too. Staff were all great apart from reception…. They were not very welcoming. Room was cleaned regularly and fresh bottled water every day. Will be back very soon.

Wow wow wow! What a hotel! We visited October half term. First impressions were fantastic! The reception area is very inviting, as were the staff. So friendly and welcoming. We upgraded to a sea view room (room 419) and if you can, please do this. The views were fantastic as were the evening sunsets. The room was huge, clean and by the far the most comfiest bed and pillows we have ever had at an all inclusive. Maids cleaned everyday. Food was amazing. Plenty of choice and always somewhere to sit etc. Pools were lovely, especially the heated one. Was nice to not have the water taking your breath away. HUGE SHOUT OUT TO SAM AT THE POOL BAR! what a credit to the hotel. Fun and always smiling. We loved the rooftop bar, as the season was coming to an end, entertainment was on the quiet side but would love to come in season to see what it’s like. We did watch a male and female singer one night who were brilliant. Private beach stone throw away. My favourite thing about this hotel is that they have literally thought of everything. They have lovely little chill out pods scattered around the gardens and a lovely seating area with a fire pit which was beautiful. They have decorated it so lovely. Thanks for an amazing chill time. We will 100% be returning. Enjoy your break!

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately far from the 5-star experience we had expected. There were several issues, but the biggest disappointment was the staff’s attitude. After we raised a complaint, we could see them gossiping about us, unaware that my partner could understand the local language. This unprofessional behavior was uncomfortable and ruined what should have been a relaxing holiday. Additionally, while the hotel markets itself as a 5-star establishment, it felt more like a 4-star. The decorative finishes in our room were outdated and didn’t meet the high standard we expected. On our final day, we experienced further issues with the staff. A waiter approached us rudely, implying that we weren’t entitled to dinner, which was both embarrassing and unnecessary. This harassment soured our last evening and made us feel unwelcome as two people of colour. Overall, this hotel did not live up to the expectations. The staff’s attitude, We would not recommend it if you’re looking for a genuine 5-star experience.

We’re currently staying at the hotel, having checked in yesterday. Unfortunately we arrived to a room that doesn’t look like the photos online, which claim to have been recently renovated (large mountain view), and was dirty (hair in bath, dirt on floor and unclean surfaces/bathroom). When queried with the front desk team there was no apology for the state of the room and the 2 ladies on the desk, and the front of house manager were unwilling to help, just said that they’d send a cleaner to check it. We asked to move to another room, but were shown one that was equally dirty and told there was absolutely no other rooms available, even though we could see online that there were plenty. Laughably we were offered a free drink to solve the problem while the room was cleaned… even though we had paid for all inclusive. We eventually got 2 free a la carte meals, once we spoke to guest relations, supposedly worth €240 for 2 people. This ironically was worth more than a room upgrade which they point blank refused. If you’ve been to a 5 star resort elsewhere, don’t expect this hotel to be 5 star. There are areas of the hotel which are lovely, but unfortunately the rude customer service spoils that. The all inclusive drinks don’t even allow you to order a chocolate milkshake! However, the lady at the pool bar has been amazing - super friendly and polite! We haven’t been here long enough to judge the food properly but what we have had, has been well cooked. A nice enough hotel with some good parts, just need an improvement in cleanliness and some training in customer service!

It’s the last day of my holiday home this afternoon. So sitting by the pool writing my thoughts. The hotel is lovely and amazing the food is lovely and varied. Maybe sometimes Luke warm but then most hotel food is. Food 10/10 Rooms are spacious and comfortable and clean. Maybe bathrooms could do with a walk in shower. As little tight if you are a large build standing in the bath to shower. 9/10 One major problem is that if you have a room on the 7th floor you are under the main bar. So you have the noise from the bar till 1 am and again at 07:30 for cleaning. Tables and chairs scraping across the floor. We managed to change rooms with no fuss and it was done with ease. Floor 7 rooms are lovely which was a shame we moved. Pool area was lovely 10/10 Drinks was little disappointing cocktails wasn’t made properly unless you bought them. 7/10 Beach isn’t really a beach just a small area with what was like builders sand. The sunbeds was comfortable and the sea clean.8/10 One tip I would do is have the sun loungers similar to the beach next to the pool. Plenty of sun loungers just uncomfortable. Overall my visit was lovely and yes I would come to this hotel again. 10/10. Also car hire is responsible from the hotel.

Amazing stay at this hotel Me and my boyfriend came here for a 10 night break late September all inclusive, we found this to be such a good time to come. Everything was slightly quieter and weather was still lovely. One or two nights we noticed that it was slightly colder but nothing a small jacket cannot fix. Rooms- The rooms I found be to abit basic, we stayed in a Mountain View room. I was sceptical about this after reading loads of reviews telling us to upgrade to sea view. Due to the cost we just stuck with the one we had. We did ask at reception on check in whether an upgrade was available and how much this would cost but she said she was unsure and to come back the next day. The receptionist told us the same thing the next day. So we just didn’t bother again. Room was perfectly clean and nothing wrong with it. Just dated and basic. Beds are comfy, and the view I found actually very nice of the mountain from the balcony! Our bathroom light broke and I informed reception they were straight up to fix it. I would say the rooms are more 4* than 5* as I have stayed in alot of 5* resorts and this wasn’t really up to the mark. Pools- Pool side is gorgeous, we had absolutely no trouble getting a sunbed. Even if you went down in the mid afternoon, there was always a sunbed. There is one big main pool which is slightly cooler and not heated and a smaller pool which is heated. Both where lovely, due to the time of year sometimes the cooler pool was slightly to cold but this obviously cannot be helped! The pool bar is great, staff are very quick and friendly with making drinks and good selection. I may be fussy but I did hate drinking out of the cardboard cups, I know it’s around a pool so unable to be glass but even plastic may have been better. Sometimes did ruin the cocktail as the cup just went soggy. The entertainment is pretty good, would be good to maybe see more selection of activities. It did seem to be the same sort of things everyday, never the less the entertainment team where really good. Food- the food in the resort is a little hit and miss we found. The breakfast and lunch options for all inclusive were great, enjoyed the main buffet, Greek restaurant and the snack bar. On a nignt it’s a different story, I am not a fussy Eater but personally did really not enjoy much on the evening buffet selection. We tried to twice and then just decided to eat elsewhere after that. The food is a little cold on the buffet and I felt like not very many good options. Included in the all inclusive you get 2 al a cart meals. We choose Italian and Mexican. Honestly best food we had the whole holiday, absolutely amazing! Especially the pizza at the Italian. Best one I think I’ve ever had. Must try!!! I cannot remember his name but the male waiter here was amazing and so kind. Although I did find the nighttime food dissapointing I think it’s still worth going all inclusive for the drinks and snacks/food during the day. We felt we saved a lot doing

We are here now and loving it! The weather is just perfect about 26 and a bit breezy especially at night. The rooftop bars are amazing the views are breathtaking. Food has been nice the breakfast is great but has been cold but it is a buffet. Staff very friendly. Cocktails are lovely! Beach is stoney and sea is rough but beautiful still. The rooms are basic as we had a mountain room but we are never in there. Loads of sunbeds and tables in the eve and entertainment has been great!
