What a great apprentment and location. If you are visiting Liverpool this is the place to stay. Slap bang in the city centre with everything at your doorstep. Will stay here again and recommend anyone to stay here as it was spot on in every aspect bar one which is it would be amazing if they had Air conditioning as it got very hot in the apprentment. However there was a portable fan which helped.

Our first stay with Cove and we were impressed. All the staff we met (reception x3 and cleaning) were a credit to the company and the city: kind, attentive and professional. The apartment was large and well-equipped, and the location is right in the heart of the city. Thank you to all the staff.

We really enjoy our 2nights stays at this hotel! Thank you for the staff that provide us free room upgrade for our comfortness cause we come with a child. All the amenities are top notch , my favourite is the coffee machine, i really love that. All the electrical appliances is from Smeg! Im so thrill and excited to use! Hahaha The location is quite good but need to do a bit of 12 mins walking to the metro station. Other than that it is really good and would like to recommend to anyone that go to paris

Great location, just few minutes walk bus station/ train station. In the heart of the city. The room is clean and tidy. Almost perfect. Only one concern is that, I have booked the room for 5 nights but they dont clean and tidy up the room every day. anyway I would recommend to anyone who woupd like to visit Liverpool.

Great place to stay for a gateaway weekend. All the ammenities where included in the room. Cove was located right in the heatt of the city centre where Liverpool One was just 2 steps away. Great place for family, couples or friends

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The apartment was immaculately clean, and the bed very comfortable. The location is perfect right in the centre of Liverpool 1, with everything you can possibly need on the doorstep. Excellent restaurant, (The Cosy Club) right next door. We Will definitely stay here again when visiting Liverpool.

Very convenient location and nice staff. However we are not warned that the hot water for shower can only last for 30 mins, so some of us needed to bath with cold water in middle of the shower as it took another 30-45 mins to heat the water again.
