Right I don’t even no where to start on this one , after years of staying in wales on holiday parks this with out a doubt is the very worst , it’s short staffed it’s an empty shop with no basics the guy who runs the pools smokes in reception very bad attitude never mind the deposit they take from you for a dirty van and ours was silver van , pool was shut a few times as there was no staff the next day the shop was also shut due to no staff the ice cream shop was shut the shop and sports bar was shut on Sunday due to football leaving bored children the floors in side and out are filthy bins are full, the arcade is very dated also staff looked bored of there job , no running activities for kids just a basic park :/ the internet the big joke cost me over £60 for a week ! If you order a food shop they can’t come on site so you have to walk to the front with the kids , if your out late at night you get a trespassing warning which is very loud on site and happens a lot so expect no sleep , no local warden waking round or friendly staff just checking the park just random white vans … the only decent thing on this site is the cafe friendly staff lovely and clean and I advice them to go to a better park because she’s wasted on this site , try thornleys wink ups or Robin Hood for a real park holiday just avoid this outdated business park stuck in the 1970s big up the kids entertainers who u see one hour a night if it’s open and Towyn down the road the stopped us leaving on the first day this place had availablity cause it’s a wreck and in desperate need of new owners to save it and make it the place it should be I won’t be returning nor will I be taking home The fridge magnet tradition home cause they don’t sell them… gutted is an understatement

The welcome team made signing in very easy The caravan when we entered was lovely and warm as the heating had been put on. It was really nice to see the table all laid. The caravan was really nice, well equipped and the site wonderful Unfortunately we had to leave earlier than planned and Lee was exceptionally helpful to making sure we had everything that we needed to depart Will Definitely will be returning and its worth the drive form North Devon The site and staff were wonderful and i cant rate them high enough

Was going to view caravans with the view of potentially purchasing one. Glad I didn't in all honesty. The impression I got was to say the right things at the right time masking the truth. Also read about other people regretting that they purchased caravans here. Okay was a clean park however little things such as a barrier to leave the park you had to pay £30 a day shop overpriced pool rammed and dirty. Also sales manager was very pushy

Right where do I start! We arrived early on a Friday morning for a 3 night break . I went into reception and asked if I could leave car in car park ( this is a very small car park )so we could walk into Rhyl I'd say a 15-20 min walk, she said that was absolutely fine and we could use site facilities if we needed to . Seemed a perfect start to our holiday. Our checking in time was at 3.30 , so arrived back at site about 3 to check in. Remember you will have to pay a security deposit, ours was £150 for a silver mariner , but the higher your accommodation the higher this is . This was not mentioned when booking the holiday at all so be aware, we did have a email stating this after we had booked! So we was all checked it and got our keys , got back to car and we was totally blocked in by other cars just leaving them there to go check in . 20 minutes later a helpful member of the security team found the owners of the cars so we could continue. We drove on to the site ok but be aware it's a 10 mph road with no paths so you have to be very aware of other holiday makers . It did state do not park on the grass , you can totally understand as it could ruin the grass , we was lucky and had some concrete to park ours on . First night we went into the arcade on site which is very small but ok , kids enjoyed it . The park on site is very good the kids said it was good . Next day I ventured to the site shop , this is very basic didn't have much in there at all . We went out the next day in the car and tried to get through the site security barrier just sitting there waiting for them to lift it , when the guy came to us he said we need to register the car so it can raise automatically, this was not mentioned to us at all when we booked in. We went Swimming 3 times while we was there , it's a decent pool with a shallow and deep end , Lifeguards very friendly, most probably the most friendly on site . Be aware you will only get a hour slot. We went to the club house for some drinks, it was absolutely heaving in there and seemed way to loud so we didn't stay to long . Overall te site is clean , most staff are helpful. We had some minor issues which I did go to reception and explain but nothing was done . We was about a 10 minute walk from the main area so it was quiet. Caravan was clean but had signs of use some stains damage to walls but you expect this . We had a decent stay but it could of been better.our deposit was refunded 2 days later.

Last minute holiday in a bronze caravan so wasn’t expecting too much. Several items broken in our caravan when we arrived. Toilet seat replaced the same day but the broken lights and broken fan in the bathroom took two days to mend. Went swimming and there wasn’t many in the pool so we were allowed to stay in for a few hours. The pool was really nice and spacious but would be horrendous when 70 people are allowed in there. We arrived on Monday to Monday and until Friday the park was quiet inside but on Friday night that changed as our neighbour whose decking was outside our bedroom windows stayed up late chatting and then woke us up early in the morning by been outside again at 6.30am chatting in normal voices even though it was so early. On the other side of the fence near our caravan was a council recycling depot so machinery and loud clanking of metal started at about 7am 7 days a week. Someone local then rode a loud motorbike or quad bike or motorbike for most of the evening so not a very peaceful site at all. We arrived from a day out on Friday evening to find 1 security staff at the gate and an other two at the entrance to the entertainment complex the club which made us concerned that there was an issue on a weekend. The supposed ANPR barrier wasn’t working and we had to show proof to Security that we were staying here. Because of the change of atmosphere on the park we decided to leave a day early. Unless you have a car it’s not an ideal location because the beach and shops aren’t close by. If you want a cheap holiday to use as a base to visit the local area then the site is fine but if you want to go there to feel relaxed then go somewhere else.

The caravan and caravan park was ok but the way it is operated is a joke, the playarea should be closed at a certain time of a night it’s so dangerous, drunk parents just left their kids to play, cry and scream in the park on their own until 2am it was unbearable people fighting and screaming and banging on the sides of caravans until all hours! the staff were awful. Not a single person knew what they were doing, I understand young people have to start somewhere but it was like they were just left to guess about everything, i would ask a simple question and they wouldn’t know the answer so they would ask another member of staff, who also didn’t know the answer so they would ask someone else it was so unprofessional. There were two older women who worked in the cafe who sat in the cafe eating food and swearing not helping, they were SO RUDE! A kid was sick on the floor and they just put a wet floor sign up and ignored it, the sick was baking in the sun it was disgusting, the service was awful! Always ran out of food nothing left on the menu no matter what time of day it was, then they got the order wrong anyway! The young Life guards would sit round the pool together talking and laughing not paying attention to the kids in an over crowded DIRTY pool! This could be a great holiday park if they made loads of changes, they all need training and they need to shut that park of a night and have some sort of security walking round to calm everyone down instead of causing mayhem at 4am!

The staff at this park all work extremely hard to make your stay a memorable one I would especially like to praise Hassiah who works in the club where the entertainment takes place. We visit regularly and have noticed how hard she works, we hope her employers value her work ethic, a credit to your team.

Avoid this place I booked a caravan 30th Aug 2nd sep after booking I received an email stating I'd be paying £150 deposit & a £45 parking charge I immediately phoned them asking how far away from the caravan I'd have to park has I'm disabled I was told about 300 metres I stated that would be extremely difficult as I'm a wheelchair user I was told maybe I shouldn't of booked a holiday if I couldn't walk that far she was extremely rude to me then also told me to shut up when I asked why my deposit was £150 after telling me to shut up she then put the phone down on me. Needless to say I was extremely upset & tried to pursue a refund through my bank marine holiday park refused so I'm now left £299 out of pocket. I would advise AVOID this place there money grabbing & the staff are extremely rude & unhelpful. There's much better places to go
