This is an excellent boutique hotel! Rooms: For Italian standards the rooms are very big! They are also very clean and still look new! Pool: Very small pool but it is heated. So you can enjoy swimming also during the night (until 23 o'clock). Lobby: small but nice looking! Beach: very close to the hotel. Fine sand, good quality sunbeds and umbrellas. Staff: very very friendly staff. Improvement: the breakfast is the same every day. Since is a small hotel also the breakfast is not too varied. So a little variation will make it more attractive. Also, there are no olives. Italy is famous for the quality and variety of olives, use this advantage!

The hotel is nice, looks new, has a close position to the sea, has parking, good breakfast. It has also a nice heated terrace. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they make your day. We had a room in the loft wich is like a mountain cottage and we were lucky to also have snow that day. We had an amazing stay being in transit. Service is 5 stars.

Good hotel with thorough cleaning and a decent breakfast but the receptionists should be the Top and instead they lack, especially one person, education therefore even though I am a regular and long-standing customer I see myself forced to no longer be one. Education is the basis of everything I know that no one will be interested but be careful what happened to me could happen again ...

The hotel structure is pleasant, but unfortunately I have to report a very negative experience at the SPA. The treatment received was disappointing, especially due to the behavior of the manager, who was rude and decidedly aggressive in her manner. Such an attitude is absolutely unacceptable in a context that should guarantee relaxation and professionalism. I believe that a replacement of the manager is necessary to maintain the standards of hospitality that are expected from a structure of this level.

This time I was not completely satisfied. Nice room but needs to be fixed a little. The socket for the kettle is in a very uncomfortable position which forces you to put it on the floor to use it. The dated taps in the bathroom should be replaced. The breakfast was sufficient both in terms of savoury and sweet options; for a hotel of this category I expected a little more. I stayed there for the Rimini Marathon. Very nice, some details of the rooms show that it is not very recent, but the structure is kept with order and cleanliness. The employees have always been very kind and available for all our needs. The price seemed reasonable to me for the service provided.

I recommend this hotel for its great location on the seafront and the panoramic view of the beach suites . The hotel offers every comfort and all the staff is always helpful and kind. Varied and abundant buffet and elegant and well furnished rooms. I've been going to it for years and I always come back willingly, because it feels like home.
