We have a great experience in this hotel, we have a home for two adults and a baby with the hot park, breakfast and dinner. The reception is very good, you enter with the car on the front door and people come to help you and with a car to load your bags, the car of the a stored in the parking with access at any time, in check in all information is provided and the doubts are removed, we received two door cards and two magnetic cracks that served for all hosting and also all the passage in the park, It records the meals and everything you want to buy, and you will be able to make your account at the end of the hosting. The hotel has a swimming pool, washing machine, towels for the park (cost) , hygiene products are fantastic l, water, air conditioning and TV. All the attendants are careful and efficient, especially at the reception Sebastian that helped us several times. The transfer to the park is the same as the transfer from 20 in 20 minutes and we never need to wait more than that (ampering some people to speak the opposite in their assessments).

Picado por formiga na área das espreguiçadeiras da área VIP da praia do cerrado. Suporte pra carregamento de celular quebrado na área VIP da praia do cerrado. Atendentes não removem lixo deixado nos balcões dos bares no parque das fontes, em especial à noite. Acho que se paga muito pela qualidade do que oferecem. Promotores de vendas de pacote de plano de férias inconvenientes, ao nos abordar no saguão do hotel. Falta de papel para enxugar as mãos no banheiro localizado no saguão do hotel cristal. Ficamos total e profundamente desconfortáveis ao sermos pressionados e “forçados” a comprar plano de férias da Aviva VACATION Club, sem chances para refletir e analisar o que estava sendo oferecido. Constrangedor. Lamentável. Cancelamos contrato dentro dos 7 dias que a Lei de Desefa do Consumidor assegura. Lamentável.
