I was very satisfied with this stay. When checking in, the front desk asked if I had any room orientation preferences and assigned the room accordingly. They also pre-registered my license plate number, and the room was quite clean. Very good 👍

The cloud experience at Kempinski Jinan is truly impeccable! Located in the landmark Yun Ding Building, the hotel's high-altitude lobby is grand and elegant, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking city views. The room is spacious and comfortable, with soft bedding and high-end bathroom facilities, showcasing attention to detail everywhere. The most commendable aspect is the exclusive service from Rebecca, the Lady in Red! She was warm and attentive throughout, proactively thoughtful, sending helpful reminders before check-in, providing detailed guidance upon arrival, and even preparing welcome fruits and thoughtful amenities. Any requests were responded to incredibly quickly, with professionalism and friendliness, making us feel right at home. The breakfast is rich and varied, and the high-altitude swimming pool is superb; both the facilities and service are top-notch. A must-stay when visiting Jinan, highly recommended!

This was the warmest trip ever! We chose this hotel for my child's birthday. The overall environment and service were top-notch, especially Judy and Sally. After I casually mentioned it was my child's birthday, they proactively prepared a birthday cake. The service was fantastic! Next time we visit Rizhao, Sheraton will definitely be our first choice. The service, environment, and scenery are all perfect, especially the executive room which faces the sea directly. My child was super excited!

This is my umpteenth time visiting Yantai, and this time I snagged a special deal for the Pullman. The location is absolutely top-notch, right in the heart of Yantai city center. The famous Suochengli is just downstairs. The front desk staff (a woman with glasses, I think her surname was Yu, I glanced at her name tag but can't quite recall now, haha 😂) even upgraded us to a sea-view room for free. Before we left, she gave us a Yantai fridge magnet, really going above and beyond with the service details. The room's hardware was pretty much as pictured, with expansive views and no noticeable dirt (a few mud splatters on the exterior window glass are an unavoidable hardware issue, easily negligible for me). Soundproofing was also good (no issues with being woken up by other rooms in the middle of the night, though I'm not overly sensitive to noise, so this is based on a normal perspective). Overall, the room was great. I didn't book breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on the in-house dining, but it's super convenient to find food nearby. I even went with my local Yantai friends to try authentic Penglai noodles nearby. Whether it's your first time or a repeat visit, I highly recommend choosing this hotel in Yantai (at least the off-season price is truly a steal, offering incredible value for money). P.S.: This hotel genuinely has a lot of international guests; I constantly saw Koreans, Russians, and other Eastern European faces 😂

Huge shout-out to Elly, our butler! Her service was exceptional from check-in to check-out, promptly addressing every query with incredible efficiency. The room itself was spacious and spotless, featuring a modern, light luxury design. The 270° panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking ocean views right from the bed, and the complimentary minibar was well-stocked. The high-end bathroom with a separate wet and dry area further enhanced our comfort. My absolute favorite was the infinity pool on the 31st floor; the high-altitude views were unbeatable, and the water was crystal clear. It was incredibly relaxing to sunbathe on a lounge chair after a swim. The gym facilities were brand new, with clearly defined strength and cardio zones, and professional trainers were always on hand to assist, making it easy to stick to a workout routine. Elly's thoughtful arrangements made our entire trip incredibly smooth. Highly recommend!

The hotel is great, with a good location and facilities, very close to Baotu Spring. Across the street is Henglong Plaza. However, the service has its own unique style. Shangri-La requires a deposit for guests, and for breakfast, you need to show your room card and state your name. What I disliked the most was the constant knocking on the door by staff. I didn't want to use the 'do not disturb' sign, but then there was knocking for laundry, water refills, and various other reasons. If they need something, they should call. I've never seen staff carrying water bottles around, knocking on every door to ask if guests need water – that's a bit odd. The room had already been cleaned and tidied, so why do they keep doing this?

It's been ten years since I last visited Qingdao, and returning to this beautiful coastal city after a decade brought back so many memories. This time, I chose the well-established Shangri-La. Although the hotel has been around for a while, it's very well-maintained, and the location is excellent, being very close to May Fourth Square with a subway station right outside. My stay was packed with activities. One evening, returning to the hotel's front desk, I was surprised and delighted to overhear a manager speaking Cantonese. He spoke fluent Hong Kong-style Cantonese, and it was such a pleasant surprise to meet a fellow Cantonese speaker so far away in Qingdao. His way of speaking made us feel incredibly welcome and familiar. In the lobby, he recommended several different restaurants based on our preferences, and not a single one was a disappointment – I'm so grateful to him! He was truly wonderful and his service was incredibly thoughtful. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time; it's a truly convenient hotel and highly recommended.

Overall, it was okay, but the breakfast selection was limited. There weren't many laundry machines, and I lost a pair of socks 🧦, which was really upsetting 😔. I'd bought them specifically from Mount Tai and only wore them once. I asked the front desk and the cleaning staff, but they all said they hadn't seen them – it was very strange. I wanted to ask them to check the surveillance cameras for me, but I felt too embarrassed to bring it up, so I just checked out. Sigh~ The mountain view room was pretty good though 👍, and the front desk lady was also very helpful.

Super convenient for the airport, just a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The room was really comfortable, and we even got a free upgrade! Parking was easy with the hotel's own lot. The service was excellent, especially Anna who was so thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again if I have the chance!
