The sea-view room at Pullman Yantai gave me a morning like waking up inside a painting. Opening my eyes, the endless blue ocean stretched out beyond the floor-to-ceiling windows. The waves unfurled below, with an occasional ship gliding by like a silent, moving poem. I could watch the sunrise right from my bed, and the moment the golden light illuminated the sea, I felt my whole heart light up. The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was so soft it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The most amazing part was the balcony. In the evening, I'd sit there with a cup of tea, listening to the rhythmic sound of the tides, and watching the sky transform from blue to orange then to inky black. All my worries were swept away by the sea breeze. The staff, especially Gracie, had just the right smile – attentive without being intrusive. If you want to truly embrace the ocean when you visit Yantai, this is the place to be. It makes ”sea view” more than just a phrase; it's the entire landscape you experience when you wake up, go to sleep, and even when you breathe.

Dongying Wanda Realm hotel is very comfortable and the best I have stayed in Dongying. Spacious, quality rooms, very clean with excellent facilities, particularly the pool and gym, and with very attentive, pleasant and helpful staff, especially Andrew who has provided excellent assistance over my many stays. Highly recommended for short or long stays as the go-to hotel in Dongying.

I had a very satisfying stay at MGM. The butler, Miss Ella, made me feel right at home. She arranged a great room for me and constantly checked in on my experience, asking if I needed any help with anything. She even upgraded my mini-bar snacks and drinks and gave me two adorable little lions, which my wife loved! Next time I'm in Qingdao, I'll definitely stay here again. To the hotel management: please give Miss Ella a raise! Employees like her should be promoted quickly to retain them, as they are key to making Qingdao MGM better and more complete.

When it comes to prime locations, no one beats the Shangri-La. Both the spring and city views are absolutely stunning. The Baotu Spring offers unique beauty in every season, and Quancheng Square is consistently spacious and prominent year-round. The hotel has been open for some years now. The public areas and facilities are still quite good, but the in-room amenities are rather outdated. The room isn't huge, and the bathroom feels a bit cramped. For the same room type, the InterContinental's bathroom design is much more practical. The in-room equipment definitely shows its age, though it's maintained reasonably well, and the cleanliness is excellent. The shower is ancient, lacking a rain shower head, and the handheld shower is difficult to use; no matter how I adjusted it, it sprayed towards the wall, making showering quite a hassle. The drainage isn't very smooth either. Even the clothes hangers are worn out but still in use. The complimentary drinking water is the cheapest kind available, and the dental kit is practically unusable. Shangri-La, can't you procure some better quality items? These aren't even expensive. Otherwise, you'll lose all your guests. I called guest services twice from the room phone, and no one picked up. It's quite surprising to encounter such a flaw in a five-star hotel. However, the overall service at Shangri-La is very good. The staff are warm, attentive, and polite. The Christmas atmosphere on the ground floor, both inside and out, is very festive. The excellent location significantly enhances the value for money at Shangri-La Jinan.

Facilities: Everything you could possibly need. Cleanliness: Spotless. You could tell the bathroom had been thoroughly cleaned. Service: The front desk manager and the check-in staff truly provided five-star service. The greeter girl in the lobby greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly welcome. During check-in, they even helped me choose a room that suited my needs. Honestly, with service like that, even if there was something I wasn't happy with, I'd probably end up satisfied anyway – and in this case, there was genuinely nothing to be unhappy about. The swimming pool and gym facilities were comprehensive. The water was crystal clear, and the gym equipment had everything you could possibly need to work out every part of your body.

We stayed here the night before climbing Mount Tai with our child. The environment was pretty good, and parking was convenient and free. It's very close to the food street. After climbing Mount Tai, we walked around Dai Temple and then it was only about ten minutes back to the hotel before we drove off. The room was actually very clean, and we were quite satisfied. We also tried some 'Songjian' (pine tips) at the food street, which was a novel experience.

Excellent stay experience. A hotel brand stands true for its reputation. My request for early check in was considered without any hassle. Was pleasantly surprised especially after a long journey. Could not use other services such as spa, gym etc. breakfast varied and really delicious ! Loved the design of room balcony and the view very much ! In room dining was quick and pleasant.

The room is very spacious and clean. I was a bit worried about the facilities being outdated since it opened in 2018, but they actually seem very well-maintained. Every corner is spotless, and everything looks new and in great condition, with no signs of age. The breakfast is rich and delicious, offering a wide array of Chinese and Western dishes, specialty noodles, desserts, and cold cuts. The service is also excellent; there's always someone at the entrance to help with luggage from the trunk and open car doors. Plus, from the sea-view room, you can sit on the sofa and watch the waves rolling in – it's a fantastic feeling. Going downstairs, you just walk through a small garden and you're right on the beach, which is super convenient. It's about a 10-minute walk to Tianma Pier, perfect for a stroll along the soft sand by the sea. This hotel offers incredible value for money in Yantai!

I would like to give a round of applause to this great hotel located next to airport as it showed good convenience for anyone who wishes to transit or stay for a vacation at Qingdao, China. Also, i would like to give a warm thank you to the receptionist at the time when I arrived at the hotel. Her name is “Even”, and she was ever so polite, kind and always smiling which made feel so welcome. She made my experience at the hotel very satisfying as she was very informative about the facilities and services the hotel had to offer its guests. It's about a half-hour taxi ride from Tai'an High-Speed ​​Railway Station, and five or six kilometers to Hongmen. The hotel facilities are very new, the rooms are nicely decorated, spacious and bright. A night in November cost just over 200 yuan, which is excellent value for money. You can redeem breakfast with points on Ctrip; the breakfast is very plentiful. Highly recommended!
