"Very bad experience. This hotel is completely unprofessional and dishonest. We had booked 2 rooms for 31st March through MakeMyTrip, but upon arrival, they refused to give us the rooms, claiming they had already sold them to someone else. They then forced us to pay ₹1500 extra for alternative rooms. When we refused, they canceled our booking and did not provide any refund. Despite multiple calls to MakeMyTrip, we were told the hotel is not cooperating for the refund. Highly disappointing and not recommended at all."

Special shout-outs to the front desk staff for helping me with computer cord issues and to Mr. Ajay for showing me how to get down to the new bridge to do some sightseeing. Bed extremely comfortable and large bathroom with toiletries and hairdryer. We had our meals here every day as the food was first class and the restaurant set up & decor was very peaceful, clean, overlooking the mountains. Restaurant staff very polite and helpful, very attentive. Highly recommend this hotel as all the staff really look after you, whole hotel is so clean and the restaurant & food first class. Centrally located for all Risikesh tourist, spiritual places in quiet area."

"Incredible service and hospitality. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My room was bright and clean and comfortable. I needed a quiet room and the manager, Manglesh, was incredibly accommodating. Every day he made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Breakfast is great with lots of options, including fresh fruit. The servers were all friendly and helpful especially Aman who was great at remembering my order.  I also had lunch at the restaurant and the customer service was just incredible. Aman and the manager took really great care of me.  The staff at the front desk and the housekeeping were also wonderfully helpful. (As a woman traveling alone, I am always quite pleased when there is a woman who can help me too. Many thanks to Kiran for her cheerful service.) The GM was available too and kindly willing to helpu if I needed anything.  It is a great hotel with a great location (right next to Parmarth Ashram and very near the Beatles ashram) and the staff make the experience truly wonderful."
