The hotel offers a convenient location near by KAFD with friendly staff and clean rooms. The accommodations are basic, though a bit dated in style. The breakfast selection is great, and the overall experience is suitable for business.

The location works well for me, nearby Riyadh park mall, and also to KAFD. Friendly staff and welcoming. Cozy rooms yet the space could be better!

The hotel is very new, the food is average, the location is not good, the most traffic jam area, it is not convenient to park and pick up people The service staff is very enthusiastic, but the efficiency is very low, and the consumption of staying in the hotel does not accept billing

The hotel is simply the worse in Riyadh. I come here for work, and I haven’t been in this hotel in 3 years. I checked on Google because I wanted to give them 1 star, and apparently I did it 3 years ago! Well, I can say that after 3 here everything stayed the same: - AC whistles and makes it impossible to sleep - mattress and pillows are horrible. 2 nights here and I had to book an appointment with the physiotherapist - service is still bad. They forget things - there is a nice addition this time: a construction sire working 24/7 and the above ground metro making the experience even worse

Very clean, nice hotel. The staff has been very helpful and sweet, especially Roda from reception. One of my fav hotels in Riyadh. And great location as well, close to a lot of central areas. Highly recommend it. Restaurant is also great, with amazing food.

Very nice experience while having multiple days of workshops, the support staff is exceptional and professional especially Mr. Saqib very humble and cooperative. The overall arrangements are fine, while multiple other meeting. The parking in basement is a big plus.

Nice place and well behaved staff and good food. The meetings room was well arranged. The breakfast provided with lot of variety food with various taste. The meeting ambience is very nice and the having all required arrangements for meeting

I stayed last month of first week. I asked the banggali bellman to deliver my food order but they decline my request telling me that the management said its not allowed but when the Filipino bellstaff initiated i feel amazed unfortunately someone from this hotel terminate him even though he's the only educated person here.

Every thing is great ..specially the staff ( rajesh) …..thanks for everything … the location for this hotel is perfect in middle of riyadh city… and the restaurant is very delicious food …… i will visit again … l like it and it’s great place … i love it
