"First, let me review the poor road conditions to the guesthouse, with some sections collapsed, no streetlights at night, making it impossible for vehicles to pass each other, and no parking. Second, I booked a 270-degree panoramic private hot spring bath for about 2,000 RMB per night. Upon arrival, I found the bathtub to be poorly clean, with stray cats dominating almost every corner of the courtyard, even though the baths were changed after each guest. The rooms at the 2,000 RMB price point were smaller and less spacious than those at the 1,000 RMB price point. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, proactively helping with luggage and greeting guests in advance. However, the restaurant and other amenities were lacking; there were few scenic spots or restaurants nearby, and it was quite far from the city center. Personally, I wouldn't recommend making a special trip there for this experience."

"Service: The front desk service is very good and the suite is upgraded for free. The hotel is not far from Yinji, and a free pick-up service from Yinji is also provided, basically ten minutes away.
Facilities: The hotel facilities are relatively new, the room is very spacious, Kapibala theme, compared to the Eskimo theme room of the Silver Ice and Snow Hotel, children prefer this room.
The hotel is very good, compared to the ice and snow hotel, that is, the disadvantage of not being able to buy multi-day tickets."
