not so impressive so far this hotel is the worst place we stayed. Staff are not friendly, building is under renovation. Problems in the room: 1. Sink is clogged 2. Mold on the ceiling 3. Bed cover is untidy Not recommended. You can find much better hotel around the place with the same price.

Convenient hotel to stay close to main train station. The room was kept very clean with good attention to detail. Facilities are basic, although good value for Rome where hotels can be expensive. Great location and minutes walk from the main train station. Staff are all friendly and helpful.

Not suitable for family. If you are looking for a bed for a night, this is good. Don’t expect too much from the hotel.

This room is worth exactly what it costs. Everything is quite clean, the elevator works perfectly, hot water too, the staff is very friendly and efficient, the location is really good near Termini. The main door and reception are open 24 hours. There’s a kiosk right next door for basic needs. I would definitely stay here again without a doubt.

Very old. Room is generally clean, little to no amenities, bed is not that comfortable. Very good location near Termini, but worst thing is the charging ports did not work.

All was OK.

Room size is ok for 1 person with small baggage. 5 mins away from Termini station on foot. Staff members are friendly. The size of the 🚻 is quite small though. The sound proof is good in this 🏨. During the pandemic , the price of my stay is very reasonable. With an air conditioning in room, I recommend this hotel for a short stay because not all of the hotels with the same level/star (3 🌟) provide the air conditioning.

Very hospitable staff. Great location. The bed linen was perfectly clean and changed regularly. Shower supplies were replenished as needed. The bathroom is clean. The walls in the room were dirty. If our room was tidier, we could stay again. I repeat, the reception staff helps with everything. But again, the area is good, in the evenings there are no marginal personalities, as other guests wrote about.

I do not recommend it. The location is good but the hotel is horrible. The building was under construction, the rooms and furniture are very old, both the bed and the shelves are dirty, despite having a hot fan it was quite cold in the room, and you could hear absolutely everything from the street. As for the bathroom, the sink did not drain water and flooded, and the hot water in the shower on the third day no longer worked. For the price I thought it was going to be of higher quality, but I recommend not staying at the hotel.

The area around the window was dirty. The bath had a strange smell. There was a kettle, but the inside was a little dirty. You can leave your luggage for free, but it's just left in the room, so it would be nice if there was a padlock or something.

The staff is very responsive, the linen is clean, however, at first they put me in a room without towels, the light bulbs in the bathroom and hallway did not work, the faucet in the sink was leaking mercilessly, but as soon as I told the reception about this, they immediately changed my room. But here, too, the handle in the window frame was broken, that is, the window could not be opened or ventilated ((so I had to use purely Russian ingenuity to open it)) It is because of all this that 4, not 5. The location is excellent - very close to Termini train station, it is very convenient. Overall, an okay hotel for a stay of a couple of days

I don't know why the rating is bad. Very friendly staff, great location, very clean. I went to this accommodation with no expectations after seeing the ratings, but it was very nice. The room is cleaned every day. This is a very sensible cleaning. The water pressure in the bathroom is very good.
