The hotel building was very old, and its elevator was also very old .When we first checked in, it was working fine, but when we returned to the hotel, the elevator was out of order. The room we were given was on the sixth floor, so we had to walk up the stairs. We were already tired, and this made us even more exhausted. The hotel's shower and other facilities were extremely poor and almost non-existent. The hairdryer was malfunction , and we only got a replacement after complaining. The shower was just a pipe.

The room is clean and comfortable, with complete facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful. Convenient location with easy transportation. Great value for money—an ideal place to stay.

Beside good location the rest not meeting 3stars Expectations . Booked 2 pax in a room only offer a super single bed and internet wifi extremely slow toilet flushing system not working well Very disappointed and trip.com should be delist from the recommended hotel

Please don’t go to this creepy place with rude owners and problem with cleanliness

Affordable and in good location just need to upgrade on the amenities as it's already bit old and bathroom is smelly.

Great location. Close to Santa Lucia train station and bus station. Front desk staff were lovely. The toilet and bathroom were shared and alright but a bit old and on our floor toilet, there was no liquid soap in the dispenser.

Only stayed for 3 nights, very good for short trips! Were very understanding when my boyfriend appeared for a surprise visit, charged him for a night with no hassle. Very sweet staff!! Building is a bit old and can get a bit cold at night, but most buildings in Rome will be. About 5 minute walk from Roma Termini and a 30-40 minutes walk from most of the tourist spots. Definitely recommend :)

not so impressive so far this hotel is the worst place we stayed. Staff are not friendly, building is under renovation. Problems in the room: 1. Sink is clogged 2. Mold on the ceiling 3. Bed cover is untidy Not recommended. You can find much better hotel around the place with the same price.

Convenient hotel to stay close to main train station. The room was kept very clean with good attention to detail. Facilities are basic, although good value for Rome where hotels can be expensive. Great location and minutes walk from the main train station. Staff are all friendly and helpful.

Not suitable for family. If you are looking for a bed for a night, this is good. Don’t expect too much from the hotel.

This room is worth exactly what it costs. Everything is quite clean, the elevator works perfectly, hot water too, the staff is very friendly and efficient, the location is really good near Termini. The main door and reception are open 24 hours. There’s a kiosk right next door for basic needs. I would definitely stay here again without a doubt.

Very old. Room is generally clean, little to no amenities, bed is not that comfortable. Very good location near Termini, but worst thing is the charging ports did not work.
