房間挺好的，忘拍照片了，原來定的房間靠路邊，個人比較喜歡安靜，前台姐姐幫忙換了一邊，包括打掃衞生的阿姨，服務態度都很好，早餐也挺好的，謝謝！

這個酒店在一個組合體內，吃喝玩樂近在咫尺。價格在石島不算實惠，但物超所值，下次還會住。
房間簡約，足夠寬敞，整潔明亮，相當安靜，電梯也快。房內及走道各處衞生都不錯。早餐廳與洗衣房都有明顯標誌，容易使用。
工作人員和藹可親，對各種要求的響應很及時；團隊規模雖不大，但能感覺他們心裏裝着旅客，服務到位，值得信賴。
雞蛋裏面挑骨頭的話，發現自動馬桶蓋智能程度不高，用遙控器操作有時失靈（可能是產品先天限制）； 淋浴間地漏需要檢修疏通，以免一遍洗澡一邊泡腳。
早餐炒菜都辣。如能提供一兩個完全不辣的素菜（吃辣旅客可自己加辣），那麼，對因身體原因完全不能吃辣的客人就會更友好。

前台服務熱情。
有自助洗衣房。
早餐尚可，有餛飩、麪條、米線的麪檔，有現磨咖啡機和牛奶，就是蔬菜品種較少。
訂的房間説有地暖，其實沒有，還是靠中央空調製熱。
介紹有健身房，其實沒有。
晚上樓下KTV還是酒吧有動次打次的聲音，睡眠敏感的人可能會受影響。

石島和美酒店服務真好👌下次有機會還訂這家，前台姑娘太過於熱情❤，早餐味道可以😀基本上都是手工製作，不是半成品食品，這是我喜歡的，入住是還送2張免費洗浴票券，服務衞生超棒！！！

五一假期在石島和美酒店住了美好温馨的3天。負責前台工作的小思姐姐態度和藹可親，服務周到，讓人有賓至如歸家的感覺。因臨海臨山整個酒店空氣清新還有淡淡清爽的香氣。早餐比較豐盛可口，非常符合孩子們的口味，也有我喜歡的沙拉和咖啡。酒店東面區域是繁華的商業區，酒店南有面向大海的石島公園和大魚島公園（5樓朝南客房可見大海），往西是通往槎山風景區的海濱公路，北面就是石島赤山風景區，交通出行非常便利。
這次假期的石島之行因為有了石島和美酒店的關係，總結了兩個字“舒坦”。
