La Jolla Hotels with Rooftop Pools

"The hotel is a 30-40 minute drive from San Diego Airport. The hotel has a beautiful environment, with a beautiful blue sky and sea in front of you, where you can kayak and surf, which is great! "The pictures are very misleading. I thought I was reserving a remodeled room at La Jolla Cove Suites and I was booked at the Terrace. The room was dirty, the toilet rocked when you sat on it, and furniture was old and worn.  Also , there was a crazy amount of stairs to climb to get to our room. In addition, there was also a roof top wedding right across from our room. We were not told of the event and music played loudly until 10:30 pm. The view was great and it was right across the street from the beach, but I definitely won’t stay there again."

The room has a pull-out sofa bed, and the kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook. You can park right in front of your room, but if you have a lot of luggage, I'd recommend staying on the first floor since the second floor requires climbing stairs."

I suggest future guests avoid choosing rooms with balconies. 4. The room is poorly soundproofed, and you can often hear outside noise. Fortunately, it is a relatively quiet community, but people with poor sleep should choose this option with caution."
