"1. When you take a taxi to the resort lobby, staff will come out and help you with your luggage and guide Koreans to a separate VIP lounge! There were staff members who spoke Korean and Russian, so even my mother, who struggles with foreign languages, was able to ask questions very easily. 2. Since we didn't have an all-inclusive package (breakfast, lunch, and dinner included), we had to pay for lunch and dinner. There are three restaurants: Gusto Restaurant in the main building Italian Restaurant below the stage Villa Restaurant near the villas Gusto and Villa have similar menus, but the Italian restaurant is a bit more expensive and offers a wider selection. However, after our two-night stay, I felt like the menus were similar, so I ended up eating at an outside restaurant! 3. The pool is amazing! The pool in front of the main building is always full of kids, and since we were staying in a villa, we used the villa pool, which was great for swimming. The pool opens at 6 a.m., so if you enjoy swimming, I recommend going for a morning swim! It's not crowded, and the water is perfectly clear, like an indoor pool! (The water gets strangely cloudy in the afternoon, though... that's what it is.) 4. The staff are really friendly! By the way, they call for a buggy to get around, but I kept calling it ”Parker” or ”Bucky,” so it might be easier to know it's called a buggy car! 5. There are so many activities! There are a lot of families, so there are a lot of activities, but I only swam because I love swimming. Haha It has a really lively resort atmosphere. There are a lot of people from various countries (especially Russians), and there are a lot of children, so the resort is always bustling. They even have performances in the evenings! Overall, it was a great stay. Haha"

"We got a very relaxing holidays at this hotel. Room’s settings made you feel like at home, cozy and spacious with a pool. If you are looking for a quiet holiday retreat, it’s the perfect spot for you. Far away from the busy city. Location is perfect less than 10 minutes from airport without any noise as it’s a small airport. Check in is smooth and fast, within no time after you landed, you are already in your room or swimming at your pool. Daily Spa massage is professional, therapists are efficients and the whole area is well managed. You just need to contact them to book in advance your schedule during your stays as soon as you booked your room. Yoga’s place is in an amazing setting, yoga’s teachers need to improve their English skills. Gym place is ok. Can improve a bit more the setting. Breakfast a la carte at Breeze restaurant is nice and professional. But the breakfast at other restaurant call Fresh restaurant needs to be improved in terms of locals foods variety( very few local dishes to discover…) and services, sometimes can be hard to find a table or waiter to attend you, due to lacks of management. As the hotel is far away from city, no other options for dining around, we decided to stay and used all our meals at the hotel, which is fine for us as we don’t want to wandering around neither. But sometimes we feel it’s a bit limited, as there is only one restaurant is open most of the time and the Breeze restaurant is open only on weekends… and on Wednesday we have to opt for bbq dinner buffet and nothing else as the only restaurant is open for that bbq day, if you’re not keen on bbq, then you are free to go somewhere else to eat out of the hotel or stay in your room to order a la carte, which give us a feeling of being trapped. Kid’s club and activities have to improve, especially for kids above 6 years old. There is a farm but it’s about 20 minutes wandering and discovering are enough to spend there. Especially when it’s hot. Not much more to do. Same as spa, we can’t order a foot massage or anything for children below 16 years old. Even if it’s private order. Kind of limited for family with children, as this hotel is a resort. The Staff in general are courteous, friendly, smiling and have very good attitude. The surrounding areas and equipment are well maintained and clean. Buggies are available all the time to drive you from your room to others spots within the resort, they are friendly and thoughtful with guests. All in all, we do remember about the friendly hospitality of the staff at the hotel whom made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We will be back again soon. "I visited Nha Trang for my couple's first baby prenatal trip. The Anam Cam Ranh Resort impressed my couple a lot with its nice facilities, delicious meals, several swimming pools, and friendly service. In particular, “Nhat Uyen”, the receptionist I met when I checked in, checked me in on KakaoTalk messages every day about how I was doing and my room condition, and connected me with all the services I wanted to the best. "We had a great time here. They had so many pools that it was never really crowded at the pool. It was a nice walk to the beach. Beach sand was nice. Breakfast food was great. The grocery store carried lots of Korean food which was, a bonus for us. The bar had nice cocktail. It was pretty close to the airport so it was very convenient. Only complaint I had was that because of the weather, they would not let us go into the ocean. We stay there for six days and we couldn’t go. I think some days the wave was pretty low, but bodyguard would not let us go in. Once the wave reached Irene, he was yelling at us to come out. Ocean water was so beautiful. I think the resort should have the guest signed the waiver and swim at the ocean on their own risk. Because our family is a good swimmer we could’ve totally enjoyed the waves. my family was so upset because of this because we went there for the ocean. They had a good size waterpark and mini golf. They had a lot of things that Kids could do. So we were never bored. "

While it might be a little new at times, every staff member is passionate and dedicated to running the hotel well. I stayed for three nights and four days, and not a single staff member disappointed me. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended. The villas offer great privacy and are perfect for bringing children."

"### Review The best mini getaway to celebrate Mother’s Day and my birthday! From the moment we arrived at the hotel until we left, everything was spectacular. The food was top-notch, 100 points. The staff's kindness was another 100. The facilities were incredible, perfect for families with kids—my son didn’t know where to start or end his day with all the activities available. I had a treat at the spa, and WOW! From choosing the treatment to the private room and the massage itself, it was an amazing birthday experience. We encountered a small issue with the bathtub, but the staff did everything possible to resolve it quickly. Our flight was quite late, and they offered us a late check-out with all the amenities. I would always return to this hotel and recommend it without hesitation."

"Everything at the hotel was awesome! It was our anniversary trip. Hotel was so kind to prepare anniversary dessert for us. Services at the hotel deserved thumbs up. Hotel staff are so nice and friendly. Great hospitality from the hotel staff! Amenities are still very modern and new as it was open in 2024. Having travel to many places and hotels, this hotel serves one of the best breakfast I had. So many varieties to pick. Even coconut juice, avocado toast, pho, Vietnamese coffee were served! So impressive! Clean private beach. Nice pool, nice fitness centre. Great spa and good skilled massage therapist."

"Overall, I'm satisfied~~^^ The pool was in great condition, too~ Since there's nothing else around, we get two meals a day, so it's practically all-inclusive. We booked a two-bed sea view room. At check-in, the staff offered to upgrade us to a king bed. We agreed (thought it was two king beds). But it turned out they upgraded us from two single beds to one king bed. For us, with two adults and one child, one king bed wasn't an upgrade, but a downgrade. So, we immediately requested a change back to our original room. But the staff then questioned why we'd previously agreed to it. Our English wasn't very good, so we had a bit of a communication problem. And then they said they were checking and made us wait for over an hour. And an hour later, they said they didn't have the room we had booked. They offered to upgrade us. We weren't very grateful. They gave us the room we had booked in less than 10 minutes? I couldn't understand why they didn't have it... I was definitely upgraded to a larger room, which was a relief, but the lack of an apology didn't sit well with me. Aside from the check-in incident, I was satisfied with the overall condition of the resort. The basic amenities were also satisfactory. The beach right in front of the resort wasn't deep, extending quite a distance, so it was great for playing around. The pool has a variety of depths, making it a great place for families with children. Oh, I ordered a cocktail, pizza, a hamburger, and fries at the pool... I guess it's different from Korean culture, but the fries were soggy after a while. The lukewarm pizza and bland hamburger were disappointing. The cocktails were also a bit disappointing. Still, I'm satisfied enough to consider a return visit."
