We stayed at these apartments in August 2023 and had a really lovely time. The swimming pool and bar areas were a real highlight. The staff were lovely, extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with throughout our stay. The only negative I would offer us that some of the apartments are a little dated but this was not a mojor problem for us or the other 3 families we were travelling with. Roquetas De Mar is a lovely area with miles and miles of pristine coastline and plenty of family activities which makes for a great holiday. The place was spotless all round. Our group were not flying out until late evening on our departure day and the staff allowed us to remain in our apartments until 7pm on that day at no extra cost. A lovely touch that was really appreciated by our group and gave us an extra day on holiday essentially. I would highly recommend Roquetas I general and these apartments in particular.

Una experiencia muy satisfactoria. Venía un poco alarmado por las noticias de la seguridad en la zona, pero en recepción un sábado por la tarde a las 16.30 nos tranquilizaron. Aparcamos todos los días en la calle habiendo sitio afortunadamente junto a la puerta de acceso. Tuvimos un apartamento en planta baja genial. Todo súper limpio y cómodo. Estuvimos una semana y todo el personal y atención es de 10. A los 3 días de estar, limpieza de apartamento integral. He disfrutado unas vacaciones de campeón, piscina, apartamento, ..personal.... Sólo nos falta probar el chiringuito. Solo una recomendación para el 10+.. falta un horno para hacer la pizza del domingo,....pero no cabe :))

Der Service war sehr gut. Wöchentlich Bettwäsche und Handtuch tausch. Hausmeister und Rezeption Freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Sehr schöne Anlage, mit innen liegendem Parkplatz. Raum abgeschlossen, für Fahrräder. Die Wohnung hat das nötigste. Möblierung einfach und unbequem. Das Bett nur ca. 1.40 m breit, zu schmal für 2 Erwachsene. Heizkörper nur im Wohnraum u. Schlafzimmer, keiner im Bad. Heizung kann nicht selbst gesteuert werden, kühlt schnell aus in der kalten Jahreszeit, liegt wohl an der schlechten Isolierung. WLan sehr schlecht, ist nicht im Preiß inbegriffen. 13 Tage Aufenthalt.

Nuestra estancia ha sido estupenda. Pudimos llevar a nuestra mascota. La limpieza de las instalaciones así como el trato cercano del personal de recepción hacen la estancia mejor. Magnífica piscina familiar. Por último destacar el trato encantador de Javi, socorrista de las instalaciones.

El apartamento de dos habitaciones es estupendo, amplio y cómodo. Un placer poder viajar con toda la familia incluida mi mascota. Apartamento en planta baja con acceso directo al jardín y la piscina. No sensación de aglomeración ,disponibilidad de hamacas sin problemas. Cerca de la playa y del paseo maritimo caminando ( 5'). Única pega : el bar de la piscina ... que después de la hora del desayuno no sirve comida alguna como tentempié o merienda.

El sitio está bien pero todos los muebles estaban muy antiguos y el aire acondicionado y el ventilador hacían un montón de ruido, muy caro para lo que te ofrecen, la piscina muy bien pero las camas y sillones bastante incomodos, además cuando pedimos la llave de la caja fuerte, nos pidieron 6 euros a parte de los 0,50 que te piden por cada dia que tengas la llave, cuando nos fuimos dijeron que nos devolverían los 6 euros de la caja fuerte pero ya nos han devuelto la fianza y de lo de la caja fuerte no han devuelto nada, también había un montón de hormigas dentro del apartamento, definituvamente deberían aclararse con sus políticas y abaratar un poco el precio para que sea proporcional a lo que ofrecen
