Lovely hotel, really friendly staff. The only criticisms would be that the beds are rock hard and you only get one pillow each which is really soft so it’s difficult to get comfortable. The view from our room was amazing though and as we only stayed one night the bed didn’t bother us too much. Can’t fault the staff at all, good breakfast, great service, and they’re super friendly. Also tea/coffee making facilities in the room would be useful

The location is very good as it is at the centre of the old town, just few minutes walk can reach the museum and the plaza. A very long history hotel with classic design and delicious breakfast.

We were given a free upgrade to what seemed like a suite, which was very comfortable for us in terms of room size. There was an entertainment room at the ground floor with a pool table and air hockey table which my children enjoyed. There was a reasonable spread for the provided breakfast. The only downside for us was that the hotel elevator was out of service, which meant that we had a good workout carrying our luggage up 3 flights of stairs to our room.

Hotel location is good. Service and foods are good. Worth recommend.

The retro atmosphere was nice, as the facility has a vintage feel to it. It can't be helped, but if you stay there with a Japanese sensibility, it feels like you're staying at a guesthouse. The view from the room was amazing. We were blessed with good weather, with a sunrise, a beautiful valley landscape, and smoke from the chimneys of the houses. It's an unforgettable memory. Other than that, the impression was good, and although we booked two rooms for six people, they divided us into three rooms. The staff were friendly and smiling, and were helpful even though we couldn't speak the same language. The breakfast was very delicious, with just the right amount of variety, and I was satisfied, and above all, the view from the dining room was amazing.

The hotel is right at the check-in point and the location is very convenient! The website shows that the closing time is 22:30, but it turns out to be 21:30. Please pay attention.

Very cost-effective

A gift shop located in a popular central location within the medieval city walls. Plaza. Convenient to use at pharmacies, etc. The beautiful forest outside the castle has excellent landscaping. The interior of a long historical building from the Middle Ages has been preserved. Parking is located away from the building and there is a large paid parking space. Friendly host. guide.

Good location, the main building lobby is uniquely decorated!

房間很大很寬敞，住在景區內很方便，停車在酒店專門的停車場，費用11歐元。自助早餐中規中矩。電梯壞了無法使用，另外酒店沒有空調，晚上有點悶熱，衹有一個小電扇。

過了酒店最晚入住時間，但前台安排人在等，房窗簾有點脱落！但出門就是風景，早餐品種豐富！味道很好，服務也是非常周到！

歷史建築，窗外就是主街，安全係數高。但是德國女士的服務態度就不好，checkout時聽到我按鈴才到前台，邊走邊搖着頭癟嘴，意思是我打攪了她上班不在崗位的美夢。

Sehr sauberes Hotel, freundliches Personal und gute Lage.

房間較大，窗外有美麗的自然景色，下面就是觀景台。衞生間比較一般房間小，不太方便。但是窗外風景如畫，衞生間小點兒就不是問題了。早餐的餐具和佈置都很講究，食物一般般。
