酒店已經倒閉了，老闆在邊上租了個房子給人住。。。攜程裏的外景是以前的，入住得提前給他們打電話，等他們開車過來帶着入住。。。

Ok but.....
Central and good communication with the landlord. but if you are a light sleeper it's not the right place for you. Noises from the creeky main door, to the people at the bar close by and rubbish pick up early in the morning. No extra pillows available.

Chambre très agréable, lumineuse, très bien située
Chambre très sympa, spacieuse et très bien située dans le centre de Rouen.
On peut s'y rendre facilement à pied depuis la gare.
Le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible ce qui a facilité notre séjour.
Prêts à retourner lors d'un prochain séjour...

Bon accueil, disponibilité du prioritaire.
Couchage de qualité. Calme de la chambre et de l’arrière-cour très appréciable. Chambre très propre.
Douche dysfonctionnante, chauffage inégal, manque de cintres.

Studio central mais la chambre donnant sur la place est mal insonorisée (certes c'est ld crntre ville mais on peut s'en donner les moyens techniques....
Confort tres correct y comptis salle d'eau... plomberie par contre bruyante... donc proscrite de nuit...
Immeuble ancien tres correcte mais sans cachet particulier...
