"Very good room, very cost-effective, the service staff are very friendly, especially the front desk guy Kevin can speak Chinese, very friendly, if I go to Rouen next time, I will stay in this place"
"Great hotel to stay in Rouen - easy to get from train station (15 min by foot or 5 min by tram).
Clean and tidy room, helpful staff.
Tasty breakfast - better to book in advance."
"The location of the hotel is very good, the hall is also very atmospheric, and the rooms are also very good. The facilities are complete, the decoration is warm and unique, and the service is also in place"
"Good room with friendly front desk staff very helpful and always smiling. Very convenient with walking distance to downtown and university. Room facilities good. Tasty pizza recommended by staff."
"I had a great experience staying at Radisson Blu Hotel in Rouen! The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of Rouen Cathedral and the old town, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are modern, spacious, and well designed, and they were spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was professional and friendly, and they gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel facilities and recommended local restaurants when we checked in, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was varied, fresh and delicious, and it was a great start to the day. The overall stay was very pleasant and it is a great choice for traveling or business in Rouen. Highly recommended!"
"Despite the name, the structure is not in the centre.
Parking is also payable for the hotel's fruiters!
Breakfast is not bad, average, but it is not a absence of fruit juices, which is really incredible.
The room is large and, at least, my room was the particularity of having the water in a special room, separated from the bathroom where there was a washing and a shower."
"New Hotel. The Spa area is so small that you actually need to book it well in advance if you are planning to use it.. As most likely the slot which you would like is already taken. It's charged per hour...
Overnight parking is €19.
Very irritating is the shower in the bathroom as the water goes between too hot and too cold on its own pattern and you can't control it.. Typical for the buildings with the plumbing issues, or the water pressure.."

Very Good
GGrinday07It's right in front of Rouen station so you can get there without relying on Google maps.
The staff was very kind and the language that could correspond to the name was written, so I was very relieved.
The room felt very cute with the interior. I didn't think it was that small because I was not very big Asian, but I might feel that a big suitcase or a big one is a little small.
The bathroom was a little handmade, but I was not particularly dissatisfied with that because it was a very conscientious price compared to the hotel fee in Paris.
GGuest UserThe location is by the river and the scenery is pleasant. The room is large and comfortable. There are simple kitchenware. Breakfast is also very rich. About 2 kilometers from the old city, slightly inconvenient.
NNetteluoWe only stayed 1 night at Hotel Paulette as we were driving through Rouen as a part of our road trip. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is walking distance from the Notre Dame Rouen Cathedral, Le Gros Horloge and the site where Joan of Arc was burned. The hotel room was clean and had the necessary amenities such as free wifi, toiletries, hair dryer. While there is no cupboard, there is a suitcase stand where there are hangers you can hand up your coat and clothes. Just note that the bathroom is small. It did not bother us since it is a standard for most European hotels.
GGuest UserHôtel très bien situé, propre, chambre spacieuse, petit déjeuné bien, personnel sympathique et serviable avec une mention spéciale pour Yassine :) séjour agréable
SShawnThis hotel is owned by the Best Western chain but has good personality - focused on the literary author Gustave Flaubert (who was born in Rouen).
Rooms are compact but clean - big windows and blackout curtains - comfortable.
Breakfast is an additional 19.00 € per person - pricey.
The biggest plus is the location - in the centre of the old town, right next to the Jeanne D'arc memorial church and within 5-10 mins walk of most key sights.
Staff were friendly, spoke great English (in case your French isn't good) and checking in was easy.
GGuest UserBello l’appartamento, con un bel terrazzo, cucina fornita di tutto , spazioso, molto carino. Peccato il letto un po’ piccolo e materasso un po’ sformato e duro
IIURIyThe main advantage of the hotel is its excellent location: almost in the very center.
A small number of rooms in the hotel (a mini-hotel in a multifunctional building).
The room is very, very small, the furniture and plumbing are quite old, requiring serious renovation.
GGuest UserWalking distance from all attractions within city center. We visited several spots in town and returned to the hotel for a short break. The hotel has no lift! We had to carry our luggages to 3rd floor. Room is compact as expected however the bed is comfortable. Shower and toilet are small. Front staff was helpful as he tried to explain us about the hotel and surrounding in English. He was also kind enough to keep our luggages during our short trip to Mont St Michel.
