It is a modern building, we had a family room which was spacious and the beds were comfortable, and we had stunning view from the 19th floor. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was simple but delicious, they filled up the buffet quickly, there was never a shortage of anything, and there was even oat milk.Good transport to the city center, the tram stop is a 3-minute walk away. Excellent value for money, hotel quality at a hostel price.

I regularly stay in this hotel on my business trips and I really love the place. The rooms of all types are very spacious, super clean, with very comfortable beds and some of them on the higher floors offer the most amazing view of the city. Breakfast offers high quality food and big range of meals and when the weather allows there is a lovely quiet garden for you to enjoy your meal outside. The hotel itself is located in a very elegant area that gives you both the benefits of quiet and very safe place and easy access to the most desirable tourist spots that can be easily reached by the public transport as both the bus and tram stop right in front of it. But my biggest praise goes the hotel staff as they are the most helpful, welcoming and kind people you can wish for to meet while travelling. They really make you feel most welcomed and at home, are anytime ready to help you or give you an advice you may need on your trip. Those people are the biggest and friendliest professionals I have met through my travel experience and I can not thank them enough for making every stay in this hotel the most memorable and pleasant experience.

Loved this hotel, me and my partner visited this hotel 21st of march until friday 24th as a couple from wales in the UK on a budget we booked this as it was central and really good value for money, from the moment we arrived we felt really comfortable check in was swift and straight forward and the lady who checked us in was nice and polite, to be honest all the staff were so welcoming and lovely. The rooms was basic but very clean and comfortable, the lifts could be frustrating but no big deal but i would have easily walked to 3rd floor but didnt see any stairs to do so, breakfast was enjoyable and plenty of it, the bar area had a really lovely atmosphere and a good pint of starapromen for a good price. We were out most of the day enjoying the sites of this amazing city and evenings enjoying the bars and restaurants around the hotel and further across the bridge. Can honestly say it was an amazing first visit to prague and not the last hopefully, will definetly reccomend this hotel and hope to visit again one day..děkuji

The people at the desk are very friendly. The hotel location is 200-300 meters from the front and back of the hotel, and there is a large shopping mall. I was worried that there were few Korean reviews, but the staff was friendly and tidy.
It's about 10 minutes walk from Prague Station and just a block walk from Basraf Square and a little more walk away.
Single room but not frustrating because the room size is not small
Even if you open up the 29-inch carrier, it's very wide.
However, .... refrigerator function is a bit weak

This is a hotel with very high expectations, but it was the most uncomfortable to live in. I was given a room at the end of the hotel and the room type was strange and slanted, and the space was very limited. There is no picture that looks spacious. I was given a room on the 1st floor. There is a tram under the window next to the main road. I didn’t change the room because I lived in a hurry. The sound insulation is terrible. I was woken up by the rumbling sound of the train every morning and night. It was a collapsed stay experience. The only good thing is that the breakfast is still very rich, and the coffee is delicious. Overall not very recommended.

Excellent room with a small kitchenette. Very comfortable and cozy. Walking distance from Tram and market. It's like a home. Only one thing, I reached here late in the evening and to find the entrance was a challenge and to get in, there is no sign board and had to call up to find

The room feels like a low-end version of Ibis, there are no tea bags, coffee bags, toothpaste, toothbrushes, slippers, and only two toothbrush cups. Inform the hotel in advance that the kettle will be equipped. The room is not as big as Ibis, but adequate. The temperature of 3-13 degrees does not turn on the air conditioner (is it a period of energy shortage in Europe? I can't say it, the front desk said that someone would come to check and no one would come), but fortunately, we went to the main station to hug us on the night we checked in. Two quilts (the main station said no one let us go by ourselves, but there were actually two boys at the front desk). I slept in the double bed until the morning and found that it was separated. Fortunately, they were all honest people, hahaha.
The room was clean, and the breakfast was amazing. It was a five-star standard. The trash cans in the room are classified, the robot tray for breakfast is relatively novel, and the transportation is quite convenient.
Cleaning is probably only after check out, no one came to clean for 3 days.
